  1. That's my favorite part too, I need to be creative. It actually works quite well. I am forced to come up with different ingredients all the time and the yummy alternatives are so much better than finding new sauces for chicken all the time , so for me it's that simple, and more healthy and mostly delish !
  2. Get fat free low calorie sauces in jars and stir fry with olive oil , healthy and yummy and endless combinations
  3. Get a mini stove top you have a micro wave but you need fresh veggies and fruits and eating out you cant control what you eat goodluck, or move into a house with roommates asap

  5. I am currently playing Counter strike , on Steam, anyone else ? I like old school Nintendo too but it is nothing compared to the tech they have today. It is one of my guilty Friday niight pleasures to drink 3 or 4 beers turn on the game and vape my electronic cig, it keeps my fitness and diet routine in check and gives me the release Inedd to re focus I vape an estick if anyone is trying to quit smoking check it out, let me know and good luck nerds

  8. Agreed Jess , nothing is taboo, especially depression, it is something that millions suffer from alone without treament due to shame or embarrassment, good for you , fitness is one of the best combatants as is happiness, try to reduce stress wherever you can and keep posting thanks goood luck
  9. Maybe instead of coffee try soda water with lime, it gives you the soda feeling without any harmful chemicals, caffeine is overrated as you are learning. And maybe trade in the yarn for a hobby that requires movement of the entire body. I feel for you believe me we all struggle , your battle log is inspirational thanks for sharing
  10. Everyone should swim. Regardless of your capabilities or injuries or level, there are endless low impact methods and strokes The cardio is great and the stress can be minimized , consult your doctor, or just wade if you build up a routine that works for you add to it good luck
  11. Chlorine is not the best thing for your health, google salt pools , all natural plus you save big money on electricity and pumps

  14. Inspirational thanks for the post , I agree all thing are possible I never though tI could quit drinking alcohol I did, or exercise routinely I am , or quit smoking I did I bought an estick and havent had a butt in 8 months All things are possible thank you God
