  1. Fourth recipe: Oatmeal Banana Pancakes Ingredients: 2 Bananas 2 dl oatmeal (I use rolled oats) 2 eggs 1 dl milk or water 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar Mix all the ingredients. Use a blender if you have one, otherwise I recommend you crush or cut the bananas to small pieces first. Fry pancakes in a pan. Serve with blueberry jam (or something similar tasty) on top. Review: Easy to make. Fairly healthy. Tastes good. And all the main ingredients are ones I usually have a bunch of for other meals. I may just have found a new go-to meal when I don't know what else I want.
  2. Nah, I've never had an interest in that show. Time travel has always been more of a Ninja Turtle thing for me.
  3. This challenge is over... soon. I have to test whether I have completed or failed one more goal, other than that my work is done. It can't really be a 4-week challenge if the challenge is less than 4 weeks, can it?
  4. Well done everyone. We don't want the final fight to get too easy, do we?
  5. I think I could do a thousand front kicks in two days, but the climbers are much more of a challenge to me. Anyway, we need more Searchers. Susaqu and Trewest are working the speed-bag.
  6. Yep, that's what I counted, anyway. No point in doing those on only one side.
  7. Week 3 summary: 3 good workouts, with a couple others mixed in between. Tried dragon flags on Thursday. Woke up with pain in my abdominal muscles on Friday morning. I hold the tuck planche for 10 seconds now. Started leaning more forward, to prepare for extening my legs the other way. The bridge is getting better. Not sure if I can reach my goal, but I am getting better. I did not practice anything new on the guitar the past week. No work this week, so I do have time for whatever I want and need to do.
  8. So far I've found a couple of Jawas, a herd of banthas, an acklay (have fun, Trewest) and some droids I wasn't looking for. I also spotted an evil-looking guy running around searching. Let's get to it, guys.
  9. Sure. Striking is the easiest for me, so I'll do Mountain Climbers. Guys: Be ware, the challenge is only two days long.
  10. My third recipe: Spare parts pizza: Ingredients: 1 piece of flat bread, or proper pizza dough. I used Naan bread. Creme Fraiche Half a tomato A little bit of onion, leek and/or garlic Spice to taste Meat (I used pepperoni) or smoked fish. Cheese. Process: Smear creme fraiche all over the bread. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Put them all over the creme fraiche. Cut the leek (or similar product) to small bits and spread evenly over the "pizza". Add some spices if you like. Add the cheese and meat in whichever order you like. Heat at appropriate level for your dough or bread. My Naan bread said 2 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 F). I let it stay for about 8 minutes to make sure the topping was heated properly. Note: If you want to use smoked fish instead of meat as a topping, make sure you put it on after heating the rest. Review: Tastes great. The naan bread was slightly crispier than usual, but far from burnt. Worked very well, and I got to use up some of my leftovers. It was really easy to make.
  11. Second recipe from me: Whale Wok for 1 person. Ingredients: 150-250 grams of Whale meat 1/2 Cauliflower and/or Broccoli, some Bean sprouts 1 small/medium Carrot some Water chestnut 1-2 cloves of Garlic 1-2 Chili some Ginger a few Lime leaves Possible addition: Garlic bread. Sorry. Few specific amounts. However, there are less of the ingredients with unspecified amounts than broccoli and carrots. Procedure: Dice the whale, and cut the vegetables to the same size or smaller. Fry the whale meat in a pan. When it's done add the vegetables. Add oil if needed. Fry for a short time on high heat. Serve. Review: The vegetables give a sweet and sour mix of tastes. The whale meat is dark, but has a characteristic taste. The taste is mild though, and the lime leaves balance it very well. This recipe works well with salmon too (instead of the whale, not the vegetables). Lime, as other citrus tastes, work very well in masking the distinct "fish" taste of any fish meals. It may be the same effect for whale and other creatures of the seas.
  12. Male 179.5 lbs / 80.8 kg 11 pull ups. FINALLY more than 10.
  13. Don't worry. You've got a lot of time, and even if it looks like a lot of work it really isn't. I thought I had loads to do, but suddenly I'm almost out of work (except my own quests...). The challenge is really well balanced. Once I understood how it works it's quite easy to incorporate bits of it into my workout schedule, without doing too much at once. Some inspiration, perhaps the best version of episode I:
