  1. week one down feeing good about this. started getting in a rythm running every night.
  2. just got a new recuvre had a bear 62" recurve but for christmas got a buffalo hoyt take down recurve. i hunt every year and enjoy just target shooting as much as i can. cant get enough lol
  3. 20 miles down so far. Decided to run only mon-fri and use the weekend to relax. Same with my workouts.
  4. After my first challenge I was ready to take on the most important challenge: to build a great foundation, to improve, and push beyond. Every ranger needs a bow, but not just any bow. This ranger desires a magical bow, one that draws on its owners own strength to power through the fierce battles ahead. Gathering the materials and crafting will be no easy task, yet I feel I am up to this challenge. First I will travel to the far reaches of the world to collect the raw materials to craft this exceptional weapon. I will battle the Spider Queen to gather the silk, and go to the forbidden forest to obtain the wood from the soul tree. Then seek out the masters of the craft to construct a bow of the finest quality (going to the gym vs. working out at home) and hone my skills as an archer to empower my weapon with my strength and agility. travel to forbidden forest: Run 150 miles Battle spider queen: Workout 5 days a week. Train my archery skills: Shoot my bow once a day 5 days

  7. it didnt take long as i normally work abs 3 days a week. i use the ab wheel along with focused ab contractions. this was more of a see if i could thing.
  8. thanks i really liked the workout this gave my abs felt like it worked everything from my hip flexors to my upper abs.
  9. been thinking of new quests for the next challenge. got a new recurve bow so may make a quest around that.

  10. wooo soo close. made it 240 seconds. finding it out its more of a mental struggle to push trough the shaking and pain. lol.
  11. i been thinking about getting my cert also.
  12. ya im thinking of a few different ideas to make things fun. but focused on holidays atm horrray for cheat day on christmas.
  13. was crazy hard shook for the first two min then my body settled in. made it 202seconds. gonna try every other day to improve the time.
  14. tried the plank challenge. wow awesome

      I can't even plank for 1 minute let alone 300 seconds. Ugh!
