  1. @theroberthogan: Thanks for the tip. I have considered that as well, and may try doing that instead--I haven't been doing so well so far, but I'm getting back on track this week. I did go pick up some fruit this weekend (I live in a college dorm and don't have a fridge handy) and I'm going to work to incorporate that into my meals.
  2. I'm in! Been reading NF a few months, and I always get excited when I get a new e-mail. But I tried a 6-week challenge on my own over the summer and it didn't work. Looks like I need accountability! http://nerdfitness.com/community/showthread.php?6012-Pianoman-s-SlimDown-Tone-Up-Challenge
  3. Goals: (1) Workout once per day--alternate NF Beginner's Bodyweight Workout with aerobics (running or swimming) (2) Eat at least one salad per day (3) Take my daily multivitamin (4) non-fitness: Keep dorm room clean and organized, always bring right stuff to right class Here we go! The end goal here is to become thinner around the stomach than I am around the chest and hips. That might not happen during this challenge, but I'm working on it. I'll post my measurements as soon as I get to the store to get a tape measure.
  4. I'm in. First NF challenge. I'll be back later when I figure out exactly what my goals are...already have a few ideas.
