Need to extra buckle down on the diet today. I, uh, drank a bit after we won our football game and ate some cookies that are totally not allowed. But celebration! Anyways, starting my morning off with a big frothy bulletproof coffee.

So, after 4 weeks of my rejiggered diet plan (started it all on July 6th, seemed silly to start before the 4th), I lost 12 pounds! Pretty satisfying.

Back after extend hiatus. Gonna give this thang a whirl again. Been settling into a new diet plan (Ideal Protein, suggested by my doc), but I think I'm going to transfer over to more of a ketogenic diet since not terribly happy with IP this far. Also, is it Yoga time yet???? Want!

I feel like I'm always so busy now that I try to go to the gym so often. I like the gym, but the run-run-run feeling it lends to my days sometimes is a bit dispiriting.

Aww, man, didn't start my laundry before work, now I'm gonna have to scrounge around to find some not-already-funky workout clothes...

Turkey hangover I fell asleep when got home from working early in the morning. I should probably do yoga atleast.

I've found I've started to get really restless on the day after elliptical and BBWW, I'm gonna have to figure out something to burn a bit of the energy off

Took the stairs today and noticed they seemed, despite my general muscle soreness from increased working out, much easier!

So making some eggs and bacon for breakfast was a great call, been much more satisfied all day today. Wasn't even overly hungry at lunch time, which is a nice change!
