  1. Hi Ryke! You have a pretty awesome name yourself! So far yoga has been a great stress reliever, you should definitely try it out! I like your idea of a weekend getaway that sounds like a great idea.
  2. Introduction: Hi I am Elisabelle and this is my first challenge. I like to do yoga, read books and meditate. I'm a 22 year old nursing student so I am usually studying and man is it stressful. I am a vegetarian and throughout my journey in school I have been not eating as healthy as I should. I am 186lbs and 5'1. I want to I use this next 6 weeks to end 2014 right and to kick off 2015 right and throw down some pounds. Main Quest: Have a healthy lifestyle by my birthday. Quest 1: Do some clean eating. Get all the nutrients needed. (Daily and weekly) Measurement: A = Eat all healthy meals B = Eat mostly healthy meals (1-2 unhealthy) C = Eat okay amount of healthy meals (3-4 unhealthy) D = Didn't really try (5-6 unhealthy) F = Nope (All unhealthy) Quest 2: Drink more water with meals. Using water bottle. (Daily) Measurement: A = "Yay" (all) B = Stay mostly hydrated (half bottle) C = "Okay" (quarter of bottle) D = "Eh" (Barely touched) F = "Ew, Water." (nothing) Quest 3: Workout everyday for at least 30-60 minutes. Do the beginner's body weight workout (x3) , yoga (x4) , and walk (x4). (Weekly) Measurement: A = BBWWx3, Yoga (x4), Walk (x4) B = BBWWx3, Yoga (x3), Walk (x3) C = BBWWx2, Yoga (x2), Walk (x2) D = BBWWx1, Yoga (x1), Walk (x1) F = Nothing Life Quest: Pass exams! Measurement: A = Study Hard every night B = Study Most Nights C = Study only school nights Motivation: Become a fit and amazing nurse. And to become the best version of myself. Side Note: I have no idea how to do the rewards so if someone has an idea that would be great. I'm pretty new to everything here. Thank you!
