  1. Hey! Great goals! This is my thrid time as well. Maybe together, we can keep each other on the bandwagon~
  2. Welcome! I hope our community cna help you overcome your depression. It is a tough lot, but you can do it~
  3. Welcome! I love your goals. They are so thoughtout and reasonable. I am glad you add in running, even though you are focusing on strength. Stemina is very important. Be careful with injuries. A wrist injury stopped my last 6-week challange.
  4. I am really working on my self-displcince. The next 6 weeks have no planned events to distract me this time! Just school and more school. If I can complete this it will just in time for my holiday vacation. Main Goal: To be able to run a 5K under 35 minutes. Sub 1: Run 3 times a week for an hour each. Sub 2: Stop hitting snooze. I need to get up and get moving in the morning. Sub 3: Do strength training 3 times a week as well. Running needs to be mixed with some strength training for best results. Life goal: Finally setle into my new house. This means get my paintings
  5. It was raining, but I ran 2.5 miles in 34 minutes!
  6. Hey! I am glad to hear you are back on track. It is hard to get back going once you stop, isn't it? Glad you are doing it stil~
  7. I did it! Today was my personal best! I ran 2 1/4 miles in 30 minutes today!! I'm still unsure how to continue with my cross training goal, as my wrist hurts whenever i put weight on it for an extended period of time...
  8. I'm doing pretty good. I have run into one small problem: my wrist hurts. If I put any weight on my wrist it hurts. Like dog-ward dog for yoga, or push-ups causes pain in only my right wrist. Any ideas of what could be causing it or how to fix it?
  9. I did it! I even went to the throwing ring afterwards to brush up on throwing shot and disc.
  10. Heading out for my first run!
  11. I let myself use daily life as an excuse not to work out. This time I'm on break, since its summer and I'm a teacher, so I wont let myself do that. Should I wait until I successfully complete 1 challenge before joining a guild?
  12. This is my second time through it and I enjoy it. The first time I could not get through it without taking extra breaks. This time I am trying do it without any breaks.
  13. Your quests are intense. I hope you sign up for your first 5k!! I hope you like them.
  14. Wow! You have a high level of discipline that I can only imagine. I am sure you will succeed at this 6 week challenge!
