I'm looking for a new workout plan and I'm training to be a Ranger. Currently, in the morning I do 5 sets of 20 pushups, 4 sets of 30 situps, and 1 minute of plank, and then I do it again in the evening. I need someone that can help me with a new workout plan and I also need someone that can keep me accountable. I have pretty good endurance, and a good amount of strength. I just need some help.
