  3. ugggg Sick sick sick Stomach bug got me good and did NOT want to let go. *grumbles* this week sucked. Monday was great killed all my goals Tuesday I did great except didn't clean up Wendsday was a horrible day for snacking but got my money put away. ITs building! Thursday sick Friday sick Sat sick Sun recovery The only good thing is that I didn't get a chance to snack lol but did nothing productive. Monday will be a reboot and a chance to experiment with Hazards drills. Enjoy Superbowl guys My fam will be watching but not snacking. The stomachs are still meh.

  7. hmmm I do a lot of lifting over my head. But this would probably help with my strives to do pull ups as well? I could add these to that workout. Had a yoga day today but will add some tomorrow.

  9. Yesterday was an utter fail...... Stressed out and not thinking strait. Today I am rocking. I just have to remember my goals. Today I had Pilates... They are not my fave. They are hard lol BUT really good for me. I will triumph over them someday. Also did sprints for the mini challenge and did my Pull up workout including body weight rows and a couple reverse pull ups at work 5 times today at work. Food has been spot on today and plan to keep it that way for the rest of the day. The past is prologue... I need to learn from it and move on. I cleaned like crazy though . Trying to keep my mind off of cravings. I feel like I'm slipping back..... Treading water... and I really suck at treading water.
  10. Looking back on my food diary (such a good reason to keep track of your food guys!!) around the time that I weighed this much. I was eating FAR cleaner. I need to get back to that! FOOD prep! Take the time to do it and make it and store it. I do SO much better when I plan ahead. Need to add a bit more protein and I will feel good about it. New battle plans! Ready to kick ass and reach my new goals!
  11. I will have great fun sprinting around work today. Large open warehouse to sprint in and too dang cold outside. I do enjoy the looks co-workers give me while doing these mini-challenges. ;}

For the NF pull up I did bent over rows 15lb 3x10reps Throughout the day I worked on body weight rows on a low bar at work and did about 3-4 at a time when I had a second. Maybe 5 times through the day?
  13. 2nd weekend 1-17-18 Did great on my workouts and took a rest day Sunday. Worked shoulders and back incineration style. Push till fail. felt really good! food was really good. Had a yummy breakfast Sat morning with my co-workers. A Sat morning tradition. Sunday let myself slide a bit but I was still under cals Had a lot of pull up related work out Friday and I worked on the NF pull up workout. I slipped up to a higher weight but could not quite finish all the reps. Maybe go back down or push with the heavier weight? Quick clean up Friday and Sat Also had the girls help with a few things while I was at work. Made Sunday deep clean a breeze. Today was a workout of a little of everything. Lots of body weight and free weights. Kinda light headed today. Damn cold won't go away and breathing is still a pain and my head is congested and swimmy. BUT gotta keep on keepen on.
  14. I am way late to this challenge but I am throwing in 75 this morning and will try to work in a few more while at work! Added 75 more at work with some very strange looks from co-workers. They should be used to me doing strange moves in the middle of work.
  15. I use Amino to help with sore muscles but like Jinn said your body will get used to it. Means you pushed hard ;} Way to keep pushing. Runs are fun! You will feel amazing when you cross the finish line no matter what your time is. Just to know you accomplished it. THEN you get to make a new goal!
  16. 1-16-15 The reality check has put me back on track! Nutrition was spot on Yesterday. Workout was Pilates.... I so have a love/hate with Pilates. So so good for your core but man I have issues doing some of those moves! Did some reversals at work. Even had a co-worker join in. I tried to do a pull up and just couldn't get up. Disappointing but will keep working those muscles and loosing this weight. I didn't clean up.. Hubbie had a guest over and he actually did pretty good at straitening. The table is a disaster with airsoft gear all over but I don't touch that stuff. LOL Lil parts that get lost easy. Nope. Today is Incineration. Work till fail. One of my faves. Will play around with lbs today to see if I can increase on any of them. Nutrition will be a focus today.
  17. 1-15-15 My day off from work and a trip to the clothing store gave me a real dose of reality and a super dose of how far I have slipped. BUT it gave me a new drive and a new why and I'm pumped and ready to kill it. Yesterdays Workout went well but my numbers in push-up and pull ups where down. Eating was spot on yesterday! I thought of how I used to look in clothing and the dose of blah I saw and It kept me in check. Plan to keep that drive going and loose all this extra! Did the pull up workouts to make up for Monday Lots of cleaning yesterday. One of my main days to clean. It has been helping a ton to have a head start on everything from 20 min a day. Love that I can actually finish cleaning. Pilates this morning and it is going to be a good day for nutrition as well. Found some Quest bars last night for cheep! So I'm excited about that!
  18. Yesterday was miserable. I hate being at work sick. Did some yoga in the morning and anything inverted was a bust. I just can't breath and my head is swimming. BUT I did it and my muscles appreciated it. Over all yesterday I did pretty well with nutrition but caved and got a cookie at lunch. BUST I did make up some pull up workouts at work with the bar. Pulled a short stepping stool over and did reversals for a bit. Today I did a lot of push ups in all shapes and sizes ;} and did pull up type workouts with a band. I REALLY need to pay attention to my form when I do them with the band to focus on the right muscles. I did deposit my check and deposit my $25. It's building up already! Plenty in there for a few doc visits if needs be. I did straiten for 20 min. Big difference that only 20 min a day makes. It seems so little but you can actually get a lot done in 20 min. Today is a new day! I got this! Gotta get this all back on track!
  19. I definitely try to keep an open talking policy. Come to me with anything. I may not always like the choices you make but I do promise to deal with them with you calmly. Congrats on the baby girl! They are a handful and yet every ounce of trial they put us through ;} That definitely puts it in perspective. From someone who did fight back. And I am proud! Very true. That was Protective Mama Fox talking there....... And your right. She does very well in practice but like ANYTHING real life application is a whole other circumstance. So very true. Its so hard for me to hear about her being hurt.... and me not being able to help her. I went through a million "If I was there" scenarios in my head and in all truth I can't always be there. She is braver than me to turn her cheek and I am infinitely proud she made that choice. Thanks you! I have passed to her a lot of what you have said. She beamed when you all told her that you where proud of her decision. Thank you all for your support and your help putting my own thoughts into perspective.
  20. Ok Daily blog didn't work as I was sick sick sick. Still not feeling great. Monday and Tuesday I did very little . Got a lot of game time in..... BUT No workout both days My eating was crap Didn't do my push-up work Monday I did actually manage to get 20 min of cleaning. Completely wore me out. Did not pick up my check yesterday so have not had a chance to deposit in savings but will get that done at lunch today. I am dragging my sickly butt to work today so I am hoping it is slow. This week can only get better right? ;}
  21. Started strong but kinda fell towards the end. Did 6 days of exercise but only because I made up Fridays, today's today. Friday sucked. Made all sorts of excuses and didn't get up to workout. AND ate really bad all day. Battle 1 6/6 with the makeup from Friday Battle 2 6/7 Friday sucked but managed to get it together for the rest of the week Battle 3 3/3 plus a bit extra during regular workouts. It says to move on step 2 when you can lift 25lb. I think I will stick with doing the week one work and move on and add week two as well. I also put up a bar in the warehouse at work between two shelves and will be practicing some negatives. Life 1 Going great! I not only put the first $25 I put away $100 from Christmas money. Now to not touch it ;} Life 2 6/7 Again Friday was a flop..... I found if I just do it right after I get home before I cook dinner, I get it done more effectively. Little things have been a big help. Cleaning off a table, straitening up a shelf, picking up some laundry in the bathroom. Little things are helping! Overall I'm happy with the results of the week. Grumpy I failed all over the place on Friday but glad I got it back together. Next week I aim for perfection! ;} I also think I will use this a bit more as a daily blog..... I need the daily accountability. I think logging here daily will help with that.
  22. I had no idea I went up and down the stairs at work so many times. Ended up at 44 this week! Not the goal. Maybe run up and down the house stairs a few times to make it up. Loved adding the crawl to my workout. Really hard. After my injury anything in plank has been hard. So its good to work on these.
