This is my first post and my first challenge! Yes, I'm a newbie and get excited over little things. :-P My MainGoal is to lose 75 lbs. I know this will take a while, so I'm approaching the whole thing like TheTortoise rather than TheHare. My 3 goals for the 6WeekChallenge are: 1.) Track everything I eat and drink for 6 days of the week. The 7th day is a freebie. 2.) Out of the 168 hours in the week, devote 1.5 to walking or working out. That's three 30-minute workouts/walks. I can do that! 3.) Find at least 1 thing per day to be proud of (refer to goals 1 & 2) so I can learn to ~~love myself~~ no matter what my weight it or my clothing size. (In other words, channel my inner Stuart Smalley, "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like me.") Feedback would be most welcomed, especially by anyone who has already done a challenge or two, or a hundred.
