  1. Food is hella expensive
  2. Weak 1 recap Goal 1: - Go to boxing twice a week. - Train, Spar, Fight. Done. Goal 2: - Gain Weight. - Bigger and stronger. Starting weight: 74kg Goal weight: 78kg Current Weight: 74kg. 4 days this week I had a 4000 calories/day, and yet I gained nothing. Life Goal: - Sign up for Master's Degree in Uni. - CHECK! Registered for HR. - Move to an apartment. - Get promoted at work.
  3. Eat a lot. Lift heavy shit. Pretty much yeah. I've never been good at gaining weight. I have a fast metabolism and move a lot. I have a new job now, sitting 8h/day, so maybe that would help a bit.
  4. After training one month with a punching bag, expressing anger in its most beautiful form, Helix decides it's time to enter the ring and put those skills to the test. 5. If both athletes trained 10000 hours for the fight. Floyd trained 10000 hours boxing. Conor trained 3k h boxing, 3k hours kicking, 4k grappling. (and perhaps a few thousand hours talking smack) It was obvious Floyd would win the match, he has trained for THAT sport and THAT sport alone.
  6. I am sorry, I did not enjoy the movie AT ALL. The only good thing from it, was that I managed to convince my GF to watch the anime, so I could show her that the anime was much better. And it is. I feel as if in the movie, Light was TURNED (pun because his name in the movie is Turner) into a pale version of a wimp. It was made more about a teenage couple, than than the problem of the idea of justice. L was some badass with anger issues. No shinigami eyes, no bloody writing. Netflix disappointed me. Watching the anime for the 4th time now, this time with my GF, so that's nice
  7. Hi there! For the last year, cycling has been my passion. I travel between my village and the city everyday (12km hilly windy roads with no lights and lots of dogs) I finish work at about 1A.M, so I head back home through a windy dark mountain-y road to get home. Every night there are guard dogs on the same spot, which chase my up-hill. A few days ago I "met" a new saint-Bernard dog. It got me with a few teeth on the leg. Gotta admit, I am a bit scared to bike on that road now, since the dog is there everyday. Now I have to get taxis at night... PS: Cars are okay, but CAN TRUCKS STOP BEING SO DAMN WIDE?!
  8. I began this account as Lord Helix, which was a random nickname from Pokemon. With time, i started feeling a bit more humble, down-to-earth and kinda shitty, so the name Helix The Peasant started to feel more close to me. I even role-played the whole change as a transition during a few challenges. The picture of a typical villager fits the atmosphere.
  9. Three months and counting. I think I am gonna move to MMA though. Grappling might be interesting, it's worth a shot
  10. 1. Just eat fruits. 2. Make your homemade fresh fruit juice or smooties. Never buy these fake-a$$ mass produced "juices" filled with sugar and trash.
  11. Try putting them in water before consuming, since they absorb water and are harder to digest otherwise. When you put them in water for an hour or so, you could also use them as an egg replacement in cooking, to make things stick together. Chia is love. Chia is life.
  12. Hi. I've had some muay-thai training. Never competed. Now, I am training alone because my work schedule doesn't allow me to train with the rest of the group. Muay-Thai is AWESOME!
  13. Early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. Late for this challenge, sue me. I kinda turned my view 180 degrees. I used to wear tank-tops to show off muscles and abs, but now I've started wearing hoodies to hide my power level. My whole goal is to improve myself, so I will separate this into three main parts. The Tripple S. 1. Strength. Return to my previous strength. Manage to do 25 pull-ups. 2. Stamina. Take only cold showers and sleep on the floor (with a sleeping bag), and meditate everyday. 3. Sex. Abstain from sex, masturbation, pornography or eyes gazing at girls. Life Quest: Complete my One-Month training for my new job.
  14. Kind of had problems with connecting to Internet, but here is my recap. Biked a LOT. I think I did my first challenge of 1000km for a month. I failed my Good Deeds quest. Travelled to about 10 new villages and places.
  15. Week 1 resume: Goal 1: Health. Ironically, got sick so I took a few days off biking, but managed a total of 10 hours for this week. I am four hours behind scedule. Goal 2: Altruism. Gave money to homeless people and musicians, tried smiling more at random people on the street. Feels pretty good. Giving it a 3/5. Goal 3: Novelty. With my bike I went on several adventures outside my town: Visited the villages of Luka, Cherno More, Rudnik, Vetren. All within an hour of riding, but quite fun. Found a new jewel for my bike. Feeling pretty fun, driving around and finding things like books from Tolkin, Alexandar Dumas, a pack of pointy sticks for making grilled onions, and best of all, a Taxi sign.
  16. Day 1: Biked for two hours and for a good deed, tried to motivate a friend of mine to start working out and get his shit together. He made an account in NF and he admited he's always wanted to go out and play music on the street. But he's shy, so I helped him out, got him out of his comfort zone and we both went out. Hopefully that's the start of a music career Day 2: Got sick, so day 2 was a bust. I am 2 hours of biking behind scedule. Thanks for the support, guys ^^ Biking is really fun, and now the weather is becoming much better, so NO EXCUSES!
  17. Main purpose of this challenge is to remind myself of the importance of going out and preparing myself for an adventure. I want to do a bike tour soon, so I have to become one with my bike, and a child of the world. Goal 1: Health. Bike from Burgas, Bulgaria to Budapest, Hungary. Total distance: 1050km. Average distance per day needed: 37,5km/day. Or two hours. Goal 2: Altruism. Do a good deed 5/week. Give money/food to a homeless person. Change places with a stranger at a cash register so they don't have to wait. Give a compliment to some random person. Donate books. Help anyone who looks like they need help. Goal 3: Novelty. Visit 4 new places during this challenge: Rudnik, Pomorie, Chernomorec, Tvurdica. Those are 4 small villages close to my town, so I can go and see what they have to offer. Bike around new places and be kind.
  18. @Heidi ☯ Sure! We could add a little role-play to it, to keep things a bit more spicey, but yeah. 24 hours of meditation total from all of us, to unlock the secret of the ancients. Pet at least one animal this week, to gather allies for the battle against the enemies of nature. Get a massage from someone to calm the nerves. Give food to a homeless man/animal. Just random ideas, feel free to join in the brainstorming!
  19. Hi, druids! Will we have mini-challenges like other guilds do? I think we could think of a few, couldn't we?
  20. Mr. Six! You may have failed your two goals, but you completed your third one, right?! AND YOU SAID "If i succeed here, it will be a success." I am quoting you, my friend. IT STILL COUNTS!!! P.S. I am really proud of you
  21. End of Week 4. End of Challenge. Body Breathe. Be able to keep your breath for 4 minutes. By using various mothods in the internet and with the help of Mr. Six, I reached 4:20mins in about 2 weeks. I am wondering If I should make this a regular thing in my next challenge, for example a 5 minutes goal. Goal completed. Bonus to body: Started working out and riding a lot. Mind Read or practice another language. I started wit French, but then had to change to German. Read an entire book in German and watched TBBT Season 3 with German audio. Goal completed. Bonus: Listened to a lot of German music, got a few Deutsch Lehrbucher. Soul Meditate everyday. 35 days streak of meditation, 43 days streak porn-free. Feeling a bit more chill xD Goal completed. Bonus: Got a rabbit which makes me smile. Challenge resume: 3/3 NAILED IT!
  22. Friday: 34 days streak of meditation, 42 days streak porn-free. Biking for one hour. Mini-workout at home. Feeling really happy and excited about Saturday, because I am gonna go biking with my GF for the first time <3 Kinda let go of the idea of putting on a lot of weight and eating a lot.
  23. Thor's Day: 33 days streak of meditation, 41 days streak porn-free. Rest day. Tomorrow getting back on the saddle (and weights). No idea, man, but the girlfriend is totally digging it! In a very pseudo-sciency way, when she asked why, I replied that hot water opens up your pores, so the dirt goes in deeper, and the cold water rinses the dirt OFF your body. Making up shit, but who knows, IT MIGHT BE TRUE.
  24. Will you stopped already? // Yes, I've seen someone type that. //
  25. Tuesday - Worked out at home. A little bit of german and meditation. Wednesday - Biking for 30 minutes, and worked out at home. Third day in a row. Gonna take a rest day tomorrow. 32 days streak of meditation, 40 days streak porn-free. Gaining Weight. These two days I've been eating like crazy. No, it's not depression. I am actually trying to gain a little bit of weight. 21y/o, 6ft, 160lbs. Wanna go to 170lbs. My usual calories per day with my rate of working out and biking should be about 2800, so in order to gain weight, I need 3300cals per day. Tuesday was 3300, Wednesday was 3500. I like my odds. If I keep this up for a month, I'd be close to my goal. Cold showers. Last five times I showered, it was cold showers. I no longed use my boiler. Feeling pretty good about it. I actually can sense I smell better and use less than 10L of water per shower.
