  1. In my country it goes Å now, but I'll go forth with T So #17, T - Training.Because it is the hammer which shapes, inspires and creates a better me.
  2. Hey guys, been at a nice little trip through countryside this last week, and my phone sucks to type on I saw PLP already and tried it a long time ago, but after about 30 days I didn't have strength to go up any more, since I got on a 2x per day regimen. I'm gonna start with it, it is easy and it "greases the groove"! Thanks for reminding me! @Teirin - I understand what you mean, clean can mean only eating spinach and Milka chocolates I define clean as meat and veggies (or any protein+fat+lowcarb combo), without processed food - this would cover the most of my definition of it. These last week I ate mostly homegrown veggies and meat, some carbs in form of fruit and that would be it, feeling really good. I might drop in at the Monks tavern to say hi Cheers people, see ya around!
  3. Seems I'm a week late or something like that, oh well, better (fashionably ) late then never. So, for the Main quest:* Lose 10kg of bodyfat and gain 10kg of muscle. How? Three trials of Nerevarine ofc! I will do pullups and pushups daily until I can afford going back to my old MMA gym or at least to the cheapest one in the area. I will do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3x per week (this doesn't include walking). I will eat clean But, there is a trick to all of this.I have a side quest, a quest to evaporate the evil called my college tuition debt for this semester and to do whatever it takes to pass this semester.I'm gonna tear up that Cyberdemon like I'm GODLEVEL. Motivation..I was once fat, poor and saw consequences of that on my mental and physical health. I saw what that did to my social life. I know how I felt, and now I know how I never want to feel again. I never want to worry about having moobs or looking puffy on photos. I want to be the motivation for every other kid out there to climb the ladder, no matter how hard it is. I want to be an example and to lead a healthy and good life. I want to get back to basketball and MMA. I want to be the king of the hill. I know I can do it and I know I will.
  4. Hi guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I got off track in life and goals, especially in fitness and just want to come back. Cliffs: 21 years old, Europe, 194cm tall, about 100kg now and 20% bodyfat. Was 120kg, got down to 83 years ago, then got to nice weight training, then got fatter again. Mostly couldn't afford gym or any protein rich food so I just quit it altogether.Trained MMA for a while and karate for half of my life (heritage), had a semi-pro fight, got my shit wrecked because I didn't eat properly and was so damn weak so this dude outwrestled me easily. Now got money ( I now have a job as software developer, doing what I love! ), but still didn't focus on the right things and spent a lot of money going out and drinking.I decided to get my shit back together. Can't afford gym for next month or two as I have to be reaaally cheap to save money to pay for my college tuition (except if I can hook up with a bike, then I can get to the cheap one about 10km away. Oh yeah, I forgot about that, when I was in my hometown, I loved biking, got a few racing bikes and went on 100km strolls daily), but I can do pull-ups, bodyweight squats and pushups. Also pull-ups seem to do wonders for my physique, since when I do them religiously every day I tend to lose bodyfat and gain muscle rapidly. Also, yeah, I'm a coffee addict, I'm not sure if I want to get rid of that, but I think I'm going to get down to black. So, can anyone point me to the nearest Level 1 challenge? Looking forward to hanging out with you guys, cheers!
