  4. P90X workouts but with a modified order. Haven't made a final decision on that. Focusing on just doing something each day while I decide to do 90 days of P90X again or something else.
  5. Anyone read Discipline Equals Freedom Field Manual by Jocko Willink? Or listened to his podcast? I'm almost done with the book. I've enjoyed it so far.

  7. (I'm just getting around to posting this but I started on Monday 11/27) I learned about Nerd Fitness three years ago, created an account, posted for a few months, then let it go. I've been lifting regularly for a few months but haven't watched what I eat and no cardio. Ready to get serious again. My first fandoms as a kid growing up in the 80's were Star Wars, comics (X-Men, Wolverine), 80's action flicks, He-Man, G.I. Joe, Transformers, etc. Still a Star Wars nut. Enjoying the Marvel stuff on Netflix. Level 1 / First Time Challenger ~ November 26 to December 23 Closing & Opening: Closing 2017 with a bang and setting myself up for a great 2018. Main Quest - To re-establish intentional planning and effort toward holistic health (mental, physical, spiritual). Challenge Goals: 1. One workout per day, 5-6 days/week. 2. Enter diet and fitness activity in MyPlate. 3. Hit daily calorie intake goal.

  12. I opened an account here three years ago and only stayed active for a few months. Before then I trained for four months for a Spartan race, completed the race, joined Nerd Fitness to help me keep it going, but it did not last. I have been working my upper body consistently for a couple months but not eating right, no cardio, nothing holistic. I'm ready to push myself again. Hopefully participating in NF again will help me be consistent and keep it fun.
