  1. I am kinda midway point between dayton and cincinnati.
  2. To be honest its a bit of a mix of good and bad. I have actually been looking into going palio to help. I was losing weight with my old job but i was far less active with that one them I am with this one. I weight about 281 currently and the new job i got is working in a parts department for a dealership. So there is lots of heavy lifting but even with all that they still feel weak at time.
  3. At the beginning of the year I started a new job that has me doing well over 12,000 steps a day according to my fitbit flex. I thought that this would be a great help to my weight loss but unfortunately I haven't really been able to lose anything. I am currently trying to take about 2000 calories a day but i am wondering if that isn't enough, also I am wondering if I need to start going to the gym to add to what I do throughout the day. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Here is some pictures of just one of my weeks.
  4. Hello, I am Jonny; I have just recently just turned 25 and want to achieve my goal of being around the 200-225 mark. About this time two years I went on a medically controlled diet and lost about 110 pounds putting me around 250. Unfortunately I started to slip and have gained some of the weight back and I want to put a stop to that and get myself going in the right direction. I have found that the two biggest road blocks are that I can lose my momentum and that I need to work on my eating habits. But every journey begins with a single step and well here’s mine! Btw bonus points for anyone who can tell me what my title is from ( with out using Google haha)
