At the beginning of the year I started a new job that has me doing well over 12,000 steps a day according to my fitbit flex. I thought that this would be a great help to my weight loss but unfortunately I haven't really been able to lose anything. I am currently trying to take about 2000 calories a day but i am wondering if that isn't enough, also I am wondering if I need to start going to the gym to add to what I do throughout the day. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Here is some pictures of just one of my weeks.
