  1. Just think of the money you will save. Here in Texas a pack of Marlboro can cost $5 or more.
  2. There I fixed it. I was wrong it is the BBWW
  3. Way to go. I don't know how many times I quit before I really did. You have to finally decide. It took my son being born. I used e-cigs to quit too. That was 3.5 years ago. You never completely get over the cravings though.
  4. I ran out of steam right after the pushups and had to fight to finish. I realize what BBW also refers to but in this instance it is not my acronym it is Steve's.
  5. Holy crap! I could finish the first and then a little more but actually finishing the second is a biggie. It lets me know I can progress that I'm not wasting my time. WOOT!

  7. Sorry if this is a repost I searched. http://www.wsj.com/articles/navy-tests-laser-weapon-on-drones-boats-1418182202 6 5.4kw lasers with a beam combiner. Sounds like the Death Star.
  8. Newbie here from Marshall (north east) Texas. I'm 34 an Ogre. 6' 330 lbs. I'm the strongest person I know as far as lifting pulling and pushing things but I am way overweight and out of shape. I have no stamina I can't run without darn near passing out. I believe I have a future as a warrior. I want to start weight training but I also want to lose 70 lbs or so. I want to find a way to do both at the same time if possible. Can a lifting diet also be a diet I lose weight on? Thanks.
  9. Hello all, I am new here and I love this place. I am a 35 year old Ogre. 6' 330 lbs Large frame. I am the strongest person I know. I can pull, push, and lift things that the guys I work with can't come close too. I am way out of shape though completely overweight. I can't run any distance without getting winded. I have no stamina. I like the idea of body weight training, but only because it is free. I believe I will be a warrior, but I am not sure about bulking up I am pretty bulky already. Can I just start lifting and get rid of the fat I already have? Thanks all.
