  1. De Olivos también... pero me mudé a CABA
  2. It's actually 60 kgs for squats and 75 kgs for deadlift... If convert ir to lb exactly it would be difficult to imagine as there as no exact same weights for kgs and lb HAHA. Next time I hit the gym I'll ask mi gf to film me and I'll share some vids Hell yeah! Kind of... I know is huge business, not everyone can lift as I do now but I still have my "chubbiness" that leaves me feeling three foot tall :'(! But every steps counts, so I should indeed be proud. *high five*
  3. 2 months training with 5x5 SL and now I'm able to do 165 lb deadlift and 135 lb squat > I feel so badass as men see me with THAT face: "She won't be able to lift that!... right? OMFG she lifted it! ... :'( " Just wanted to share my joy with you Feeling stronger than ever!
  4. Feeling blue for non specific reason... Needing motivation to keep going :(

      You are strong.

      You are powerful.

      You are amazing.

      You CAN beat this.

Maybe do some yoga like stretching to calm your mind and help distract?

I do some weight warm up before jumping on my current lift. Yesterday I did: SQ 5 x 5 x 42,5 kg OHP 5 x 5 x 22,5 kg DL 1 x 5 x 60 kg Assisted pull ups 5 x 5 x (75 kg)<-- assistance weight 1 tabata And on Monday I did: (This workout will repeat next time but adding weight) SQ 5 x 5 x 37,5 kg BP 5 x 5 x 27,5 kg ROW 5 x 5 x 35 kg Assisted dips 5 x 5 x (70 kg) <-- assistance weight 1 tabata So far it's been great! However, I am struggling to lose weight. Same weight, same cm or a little bit more but stronger. This week I been more strict with the food I eat, so.. let's cross fingers
