I haven't thought of her height; Envy is the shortest at her stunted height; Sloth is slender but also disabled so she's considered 'short' since she is either sitting or laying down. Greed is a bit older so he's probably shorter than Wrath but not by much. Gluttony is by far the tallest (and broadest), Pride and Lust are at the same height. So Ira is in the middle. But her presence is dominating and intimidating.

  7. I usually don't do Zero week stuff much but since it's Friday I wanted to get out a bit of a short summary of what I had been working on during this week for this challenge! I have been tracking my water drinking and for all days except Tuesday, I have downed 8 glasses of water! Nice! So been doing awesome there so far in drinking all the water! Hoping to keep that up during the actual challenge and NOT miss a day! I have done three days of strength training already actually! I didn't even realize that! Here are some numbers: Monday Upper Body: Chest Press @ 30 lb per hand @ 2 * 10 Dumbbell Row @ 27 lb per hand @ 2 * 10 Tricep Extenstion @ 20 lb per hand @ 2 * 10 Bicep Curl @ 20 lb per hand @ 2 * 10 Overhead Press @ 20 lb per hand @ 2 * 10 Dumbbell Pullover @ 30 lb per hand @ 2 * 10 Wednesday Lower Body: Long Lunges @ 20 lb per hand @ 2 * 8 ( 8 per leg) Curtsy Lunges @ 20 lb per hand @ 2 * 8 ( 8 per leg) Straight-leg Deadlifts @ 32 lb per hand @ 3 * 8 Ski Squats @ 30 lb per hand @ 3 * 8 Weight Bridge @ 54 lb total @ 2 * 8 Friday (today) Lower Body: Squats @ 27 lb per hand @ 1 * 10, 30 lb per hand @ 1 * 8, 32 lb per hand @ 1 * 6 (could do heavier, but a bit rough) Straight-leg Deadlifts @ 30 lb per hand @ 1 * 10, 32 lb per hand @ 1 * 8, 34 lb per hand @ 1 * 6 (I could definitely go heavier. This was a bit too easy) Curtsy Lunge + Side Leg Raise @ 14 lb per hand @ 1 * 10, 17 lb per hand @ 1 * 8, 20 lb per hand @ 1 * 6 (nope. Staying right here) Weighted Bridge @ 44 lb total @ 1 * 10, 50 lb total @ 1 * 8, 54 lb total @ 1 * 6 ( Can't really go heavier...I have very little room on my dumbbells...) Reverse Lunges @ 17 lb per hand @ 1 * 10, 22 lb per hand @ 1 * 8, 24 lb per hand @ 1 * 6 (I skipped a level. I skipped from 17 straight to 22, then 24. But that ended up being the right level for me anyways!) I have been replying to comments left on peeps threads as well as following some new Rebel threads too! Apparently there is a cat gif theme! I had no idea! I have also been pretty successful the past few days on lean gains. However I definitely need my coffee and my water to help mitigate how hungry I am in the morning...ESPECIALLY after I work out. Most of the time I have been doing strength training and/or HIIT in the morning to help me wake up which has made me super hungry an hour afterwards if I don't have coffee and/or water. This is hard, but I am pushing through it and like I said, I have been successful all the way through Monday to Today. Almost today...42 more minutes to go... The art has...not been lacking the more I think about it. I have not been working on my adorbz picture, but I have been doing model painting! I did some on Monday, worked on my adorable picture Tuesday, did more model painting yesterday, and will work on something today so hurray! Art has been had! So yeah! All in all very successful Zero week already! Hurray! Just one more thing... ...Should I make a challenge on just youtube music? I mean I feel like I keep finding more and more songs to share.   13. Nice on making a spreadsheet! That's a brilliant idea to track cleaning...or tracking anything! Whatever helps keep you motivated indeed! Definitely add all the pictures you want: I tend to overload on gifs because it helps make my challenge thread fun for NF folks as well as for myself. It's kinda like why I have a bunch of stuffed animals and toys in my office cube: I'm at work for a third of the day (one of the other thirds is spent sleeping) so why not make the work space fun too!

  18. You're getting so much snow! Kinda torn but I sort wish for more snow just to have better skiing conditions. Been oddly warm this winter! Awesome chore and sleep quest! I may need to copy some of these myself for future challenges; sleep has been okay but chores definitely lacking a bit!
  19. CHALLENGE SUMMARY !!! LET'S DO THE THING!! Keith is hotblooded fighter with strength and agility to boot! Summary: I managed to do really well here! This is exciting! That means that the workout habit I had before is coming up and has staying power! Hurray! This is awesome and now I can try and specialize some of my workout quests a bit more for future challenges in 2017! Final Grade: A Week 1 Grade: A Week 2 Grade: A Week 3 Grade: A Week 4 Grade: A Hunk knows how to eat to be the post heavy support he can be! Summary: Fooding was a little tougher, mostly due to the fact that this challenge happened during vacation and Birthday. However I was for the most part very successful only one B during this quest and in fact was my only B during my entire challenge! Final Grade: A Week 1 Grade: A Week 2 Grade: B Week 3 Grade: A Week 4 Grade: A Lance is one social butterfly of a sharpshooter! Summary: This one was good to do! I was really happy to catch up with friends on the forums again and to see everyone was doing! Everyone was kicking ass and I was able to see that thanks to making an effort here. I hope to continue to build on this next challenge! Final Grade: A Week 1 Grade: A Week 2 Grade: A Week 3 Grade: A Week 4 Grade: A Pidge is a gadgeteering hacking genius with a penchant for creativity! Summary: Though it was only three pieces, it was three pieces of art in one challenge! That is very well done and I am getting excited for drawing again! Hoping to keep that up too even though I still have a lot of model painting to work on as well! Final Grade: A Week 1 Grade: A Week 2 Grade: A Week 3 Grade: A Week 4 Grade: A Shiro has had it rough and really needs to recover! Summary: This one was rough to complete, mostly since it was tracking work day by work day and forcing myself to stop work and go home for the day. It was a little rough and I missed two days unfortunately...but I was still able to scrape by and not lose myself to much into work! Yay! Final Grade: A Week 1 Grade: A Week 2 Grade: A Week 3 Grade: A Week 4 Grade: A This is a really good followup to my last challenge! I did really awesome here and man...only one B! That's awesome! I'm really proud of that! In fact this all means that my final, awesome, challenge grade is...!! CHALLENGE GRADE: A This means I get 2 Str, 2 Dex, 1 Sta, 4 Con, 3 Wis, and 3 Cha added to my stats and my leveling up to level 17! THAT IS EXCITING! THREE MORE CHALLENGES UNTIL LEVEL FUCKING 20!!! This challenge went pretty well! Really happy with what I completed this time around and I have a good foundation for next challenge! I do have my next challenge thread up ready to go with several quests that are clear sequels to the ones here! I have a socializing quest that brings in trying to encourage more recruits; my lean gains quests that will build up from the eating quest, and of course my art quest that I really love to always have! The next workout quest will focus on strength training and also throwing in a new water quest! I am pretty terrible when trying to get all 8 cups of water a day so hopefully this will force me to drink as much water as possible...without drowning...or water poisoning! We'll see!   20. Week 4 Summary!!! The challenge has since come to an end! Last first see how my final week turned out! Keith is hotblooded fighter with strength and agility to boot! Results: 04/04 Workouts! This was rough due to my tight schedule. I pushed myself to make it through, even though I am quite sore! Week 4 Grade: A Hunk knows how to eat to be the post heavy support he can be! Results: 06/05 last week! Did a little extra this time around! Nice! Week 4 Grade: A Lance is one social butterfly of a sharpshooter! Results: 05/04 last week! Yay! So many awesome people completing their awesome challenges!! HURRAY!! Week 4 Grade: A Pidge is a gadgeteering hacking genius with a penchant for creativity! Results: 04/04 arting days! Finished that awesome Wrath art and moved on to something adorable and sweet! Week 4 Grade: A Shiro has had it rough and really needs to recover! Results: 14/14 relaxing days! MADE IT!!!...BARELY!! Week 4 Grade: A A VERY NICE Week 4 completed! The final week has passed and I made it! I made it with a grand ole grade of...!! Week 4 Final Grade: A So last week was a little more difficult than planned! Between the Warhammer 40k gaming and the really stressful work week, it had been a little rough! However I made it past all that with a very solid grade! Really pleased with how much I got by even with all of stress and dangers abound! My eating was quite well last week and I still did some art too! So hurray! Exercise was cut close, so was leaving work on time! But I managed and look at all DEM AS!!!! Not much more to add! I'm ready for my CHALLENGE SUMMARY ! Are you?!
