  1. Thank you both for the response! tseecka, I've actually not heard of that chain, so I'm not sure that I would bale to use that portion of your advice. As for getting home at a later time, I still leave early enough where I don't really have the time to prep in the AM, either. I'm gone by 7:30, and typically don't get home until 6:30/7 at night. (YAY TRAFFIC!!) and as I stated, before everyone else is getting ready for their dinner at that time.. But thanks!! Sambalina, trust me, I try hard to cook at home, and have thought of buying a mini fridge for myself, however with the amount of people in the house, there's limited space, and not much in my room to keep one. As for the reorganizing the fridge, I wish it was that simple. I really might have to buy a mini just for myself! Thanks!
  2. OK, so here's my sad story here. I live at home, and there are a lot of us there. Which means that there isn't a lot of fridge/freezer space. Eating clean isn't hard for me to do, but I don't get home until late as it is, and not only do I not want to have to cook that late, and have to clean up, but it's hard to do because of how many people are there cooking already when I get home. And obviously there is no such thing as "good for you fast food". Any tips from those in a similar situation??

  8. Hey all! If you happened to see my intro post, I've kind of lost my way with my health as of late. I had gotten hurt, and I haven't been able to work out like I used to, so I'm wondering what some good body weight routines are that are easy on the knees. THANKS!!
  9. Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself. A little about myself; I live in Illinois, and kind of lost my way. See a few years back, I was doing really well, was down to my lowest weight since high School, 215lbs. I felt and looked great. Over the course of a few years, I started settling down, gaining weight back, and now I'm at an unfortunate all time high. I feel horrible about the way I look, and am STUCK!! I can't find my way back to the gym. I try so hard to eat right, but with my current life situation, that's hard to do. I'm looking for help,for direction, motivation. I found nerd fitness through facebook, so I'm hoping I can find myself again by seeing others succeed. If any of you have any tips, I would love to hear them. THANKS!!
