  1. I'm still doing the challenge- just been hectic. I definitely feel better after having a workout though. I've been drinking a lot more water with my meals. I realized that drinking so much juice wasn't as good I thought so we picked up some fresh fruits to snack on instead.
  2. My goals for the challenge: 1. Follow the NF diet guide during the 28 day challenge. I think this is my biggest issue. I'm active, but I could improve my eating habits. follow the exercise program. I'm going to help myself by not buying sugary snacks for the house. 2. Complete the level 2 routine. 3. Be able to do 3 pull ups unassisted. Personal goal I'd like to achieve. #1 is my priority- I'm hoping to develop new eating habits during the challenge
