  1. Hi! I'm a newbie and I like Pilates, yoga, Essentrics, and outdoorsy activities like hiking and trying out new sports. My goal is to get toned (I know Steve mentioned that this term is actually wrong but I forgot the right term for it!) overall and to always be healthy and relatively well. Cheers, Patricia
  2. Sorry for the late reply. Thank you!! I appreciate it!
  3. Thank you for this! I appreciate it. Would it be okay if I asked for your full name, age (or age range), and occupation as well as some information about your regular pre-pregnancy fitness routine? I might quote you in my article. Thank you!
  4. Hello! I'm currently writing a blog about safe post-pregnancy exercises and I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions as to the best physical activities for women in the postpartum period. 5. Just read this thread. I think that that Star Magazine article is terrible. Ugh. You're right. Women can't seem to win. I hope that Jessica Simpson - and all women generally - just strive to be their best selves and not let such articles demotivate them.
  6. I would like build compact muscles. The common expression is "to get toned but not bulky," but Steve Kamb hates that phrase. I also want to learn more about health and wellness in general.
  7. Hi there! I'm Patricia, a registered nurse and a wellness blogger. I just discovered Nerd Fitness yesterday while perusing a Lifehack article about the most useful sites in the web. I would love to learn more about how to incorporate realistic and healthy changes in one's life and I'm sure that I'm going to learn a lot from this site. Looking forward to learn more about fitness and health here.
