  1. This is so cool! I actually looks like cheese too
  2. You allready know I love this money thing (as I totally stole it ). Keep up the good work!
  3. If you're into games, I can highly recommend "Ringfit" for the nintendo switch. I have periods I love strength training, and periods I don't like it (like now), but this game keeps it really fun and it gives you a really good workout. I call this a great succes!
  4. He certainly thinks so (Yes)
  5. THE BOYS ARE ALLOWED BACK AT SCHOOL NEXT WEEK!!! Just for 2 days that week, but it's better than nothing I don't know who's more exited: me or them In other news: I've been collecting so many coins. I've already got 16 euro's. No sugar is pretty easy as long as I'm not pms'ing The next stuff pack for the sims 4 is coming soon (a knitting pack), and I've got enough coins to buy that one as my reward. I know there will be a gamepack and an expansion pack this year too, so I'm going to keep saving up The hairdressers are still closed here, so I had cut Peter's and William's hair. It really got way too long. William was pretty easy as he sat still and gave me good feedback on where to cut a little more. Peter on the other hand kept tugging his head between his shoulders and complaining that he couldn't see the television when I needed to stand in front of him. Cory still wants his hair to be as long as Rapunsel, so luckily I don't have to do his hair too 😎
  6. LOL Yeah, it's definitely an old people thing. The question is: are you going to let that stop you?
  7. Maybe you can fit a thingy on the far end of the thing? But probably not on the steering thing. Lol, this is a sentance like I usually only say to my sister That sucks Here in the Netherlands (at least in the bike shops I know) the bike repairman looks embarised when a repair will cost you more than 20 euro's.
  8. Let me know! I live in a part of the city with lots of small kids, I'm curious if other parts of the country are participating as well I did not know this, but it .makes sense. I try to avoid irl shopping these days. That sucks! The paper money here has marks on the side for blind people.
  9. Lol, I guess I translated it too literal from Dutch
  10. We went bear hunting again on Sunday, after our weekly D&D session. William is home this week, so there will be extra D&D sessions played Today is the king's birthday🏳️‍🌈. Normally that would mean lots of fun activities for the kids and people selling their old stuff on plaids on the streets. This year people are selling their stuff virtually and play games with their kids indoors. Last Friday the PE teachers for the elementary schools in this town organized online king's games through facebook live, youtube and instagram. We got a list of stuff we needed beforehand (like balls and toilet paper rolls ). They did an awesome job and the boys loved it! Today we will be traveling through Ascore some more (D&D) once the boys are done playing outside. Oh, and I did a ringfit workout. I felt great 🏋️‍♀️
  11. Thanks! We're not allowed to use them now, only card transactions in the stores now. But yeah, coins are pretty cool LOL
  12. It's so nice to have family visiting! I'm a bit on the fence on thatone, because I don't trust my boys to remember not to hig and play with visiting family. Luckily there is skype I'm glad your arm is doing better, that looks really painful At first I thought I would, but even I am missing talking to others, which I usually try to avoid... And I'm scared for the older people in my family getting this virus, which adds a whole new layer of anxiety to it.
  13. I got a thingy that attached my phone to steering wheel of my bike. It's great for just going by pokestops and collecting tons of balls (Not on roads with tons of cars obviously, but it's perfectly everywhere else)
  14. I got myself a few coins allready My mom had send us whipped cream cake for our 12th wedding anniversary, so not as much coins as I could have The cake was delicious though Today I heard about a bear hunt. People are putting teddy bears behind their windows for kids to find, to give kids something to do during this time. I took my boys for a walk around the block. We found 43 bears in around 45 minutes. The boys loved it and we got a good walk in.
  15. I bought that too a few years ago! Still haven't gone through the oatmeal part, because I discovered my insides don't react fondly to it But it sure is delicious!
  16. I'm 35, and I must say 18 was a better age to recover and such But hey, my dad didn't start getting healthier until he was in his 50's. And he has managed to stay out of the hospital since then by exercising and eating better, so there is hope yet.
  17. 2 out of 3 days were a succes. PMS is making it really hard, so I'm giving myself some leeway
  18. Ouch! Do you need to go to the doctor for that? I hope your body quits being an ass soon ❤️
  19. Since I'm mostly recovered (still coughing a bit, but other than that I'm okay) I feel like it's time to get my shit together again. I've been eating way too much sweets (chocolate eggs and such) so to balance it out I'm not eating sugar. And since we've no where to go, I've been way too sedentary. Snarky gave me an idea to reward myself: money There are new expensions for the sims in the making, so I'll earn coins in this challenge to buy them. I can earn 1 euro for: - Eating no sugar for one day - Doing at least 30 minutes of exersise in one day (can be split up). Exersise can be anything like: taking a walk, doing ringfit, dance, yoga, weights etc.
  20. Yesterday (second easter day, does the rest of the world celebrate that too?) we went for a walk through Ascore. Yes, that is a made up place. In D&D. But we had fun My mom read to the boys through the power of skype and all 3 seem to enjoy this very much. Today it's back to the grind. Both boys are getting instructions with their entire class from their teacher using Microsoft teams. And they are working on their computer and tablet to complete school tasks. In a way it's a good thing that this virus is going on now, and not 10 years ago when we didn't have all these opportunities to keep society going.
  21. Well done! Blasphemous! The older versions were easier to use. But I do love the thing were you can battle agains peole world wide. And the 30 minute sweat workout. Yay! I hope he makes a full recovery soon! If it's the antibiotics, it might be a good idea to put him on probiotics to help his gut out. I did that the last time I got antibiotics and it really helped me out.
  22. Yay! ((Happy hugs)) Ambitious! Be carfull not to overtrain ❤️ It sure looks like fun though!
  23. Maybe it's just something my family made up It's mentally hard for us "sane" people. Let alone the not so sane...
  24. I'm glad ❤️ It's good to keep talking No one is wearing masks here (except doctors off course). But grocery shopping is an adventure nonetheless. I'm curious to see if masks will become a fashion item here too. It's not weird you're feeling run down with everything that's going on in your life right now. Take care of yourself ❤️
