  1. Week 2 was busy busy!. My sons birthday was thursday. All week goal one and two was great!. Goal 3 im coming in at 55. Plan on accomplishing it today and tomm!

  3. Had a productive day. My bedroom and bathroom are spic and span and i rearranged the pantry. Rest od the house tommorrow. My son has an appointment at our house with our early on coordinator and speech therapist. Hes finally starting to talk but hes not moving his tongue. At two hes supposed to have more words anyway. So we shall see how far he is behind. Right now he says Animal noises-donkey cow and pig Ball Blue Kitty Done Peewee Momma We think hes also atempts to say Ricky Ryan Steffy Grandma Grandpa But they are not even close to being abpe to be deciphered but he makes similar sounds when he sees them.
  4. Yesterday I bought new pants. I went in looking to buy 16s (because I only have 2 pair and my 20's are completely falling off. I decided to just try this one pair I like even though they didnt havr 16's. They were tight but they buttoned and zipped. They were a size 14. I dont think i have worn pants that size since high school.... The last NEW pair of pants I bought were 24's.... Woot! Woot!

  6. So its Saturday and my weekly squat count is only 55 oops. Lots of catching up to do today and tomm. Mon-Fri I did okay, but i need to pack a snack for after work.. ive been stopping and getting something because at 2 when i get out im starving. Other than that i was moved to a new position on the line i get to do my job AND run a switch lol
  7. Chicken and veggies. Venision tenderloins, or salad for main lunch snacks. I do yogurt and organic granola and cheesesticks

Current Stats Weight- 285 Neck- 16in Waist-41in Hips 47-in Bust- 50in Quest One- Bring a water bottle or buy one at work every single day and finish it before I am done for the day. Quest Two- Pack and Eat a healthy lunch at work (no vending machines!!!) Quest Three- Do at least 100 body weight squats a week.

  15. I have done well with my pop goal didnt go over! I did eat out a few times this week after starting my new job BUT each time I ate salad (wendys garden salad) So I am going to say thats okay because I was starving (who knew how hungry I would be at 2pm after being up since 4. Ive realized I need to bring more food with me. Work outs. I did miss some but at ther same time I am now doing a job where I am up and rotating for 8 hours so I was sooo sore so I guess I counted that in as a workout until I get over the soreness from that. I havent been perfect, but Ive done well.... Final Sunday weigh in- 285. woot woot!
  16. I recently started a new factory job. Im on feet for 8 hours a day. Its by no means hard physical work i take parts (plastic car mirror parts) off a racks and turn around and put them in totes. But i am sore because my body isnt used to standing 8 hours straight. Do you druids think i would benifit from a few poses (no more than 5 or 10 minutes 445 is early and thats when i have to leave!!) If so what poses do you recommend?

  18. Ahhh. Just got the phone call. I start work tomorrow. 6am-2ish Mon-Thurs (3 unless I get mandated OT which has been known to happen) and 8-4 Fridays. Just made some chicken and veggies for lunch the tom and the next day. Now what to do about breakfast. I don't really want to run the blender at 5 am and wake up the whole house!
  19. Oh and this is the bodyweight workout I am going to work on! Minus the Sit Ups. Might do a 20-30 second plank instead. I dont do sit ups.
  20. So I have officially decided to go Assassins next challenge! Eowyn and Legolas have totally inspired me today
