  1. Day Two - workout done, water done, healthy eating - the day didn't go as planned at work so I skipped lunch. Had a great clean dinner of chicken, bacon, spinach, onions & a little feta over quinoa. Made extra to have for lunch! @plaid pork chop Turning off technology at 9pm and going to bed at 10pm!
  2. 1.) 41 year old wife, mom of three plus son in law with two grankids (don't do the math, yes I am not old enough to be a grandma). Love my job although I do sit at a desk processing paperwork and planning quite a bit. Just need to finally follow through on what I know to do. My challenge 2.) Yes! 3.) Eating Clean - Paleo. Did well fall of '13 not stressed about counting calories, just eating clean. 4.) Weighing in weekly, how my clothes fit. 5.) Going to bed by 10pm everynight; planning & sticking to my meal plans Thanks Sarah for starting this group!

  4. If I don't plan ahead, I don't usually eat during the day and end up getting carryout for dinner. Had a good morning - did a weight video, eating eggs & strawberries now and on third glass of water!
  5. I am excited to join my first challenge. I have spent years in the gym working out to see little to no results due to my inconsistent eating habits. I know what I need to do and am committing to doing them the next six weeks. My goals are to help me get over the things that sabotage my weight loss and the procrastination of planning ahead. Main Quest Lose 40 lbs by May 20 3 Goals Going to bed by 10pm. A=6 B=5 C=4 Planning & sticking to my meal plans for the week. A=7 B=6 C=5 Grocery shopping on Thursday and pre-paring meals/snacks ahead of time A= 6/6 weeks B=5/6 weeks C=4/6 Life Quest Setting time twice a week to do a craft in my endless room of started, but not worked on hobbies Motivation Is to look awesome at my daughter's graduation!
