  1. A whole year really. I am too busy and need to declutter. My little victory is that I am not part of the fitbit crew! So....Breakfast 1 egg and 2 bacon I think I am going to pick 2 big challenges and start the mini challenge. I also started to caveman Paleo I am withdrawing but it is tough... Lunch yummy yummy salmon and roasted broccoli Dinner stirfry and YEAH curbed the carb addiction I was feeling with some sweet potato fries...

  5. I am so horrible at accepting the little victories... I am too much of a wanting it all now...now...now... I figured out the PROGRESS BAR. I lost 5 pounds, but I am needing to accept that victory and not get frustrated. I am making progress with the novel and totally had a breakthrough with a great revamp talking with my son...we bond over the weirdest stuff

  8. Week 3 I am totally getting a second wind and trying to cement these little changes and then keep upping the ante. I am very very unhappy with my doughboy body. I am not going to include this BUT I just did about 2 1/2 miles at my other home...THE ZOO (my dad was a keeper there for years I literally was raised in a zoo) So for your viewing amusement I give you Mel Gibbon (seriously that is his name) \ Ladies Breakfast a little sandwich consisting of an roll, slice of cheese and a slice of turkey a smoothie with spinach ZOO ADVENTURE (got an ice cream) soooo been craving that for days Lunch slice of pizza Dinner s-k-etti I am doing really well on the NO soda thing and not snacking...just needing portion control. Cementing the habits then attacking diet viciously because I know I can do that and it is easier for me than the exercise
