I find that when I have a particular craving, I try to figure out what about that particular thing I'm craving and try to find a more healthy substitute. So from a drink perspective, if I'm craving say, a beer, 9 times out of ten I want a beer because it's cold and refreshing. So I have water instead. For food if I'm craving chocolate ice cream, I'm craving two things, the chocolate taste and the cold creaminess of the ice cream. So I have a yogurt cup with bit of cocoa in it.
