  1. Also for sub assignment 1 I'll get +2 Agility and +2 Endurance for completing with an A +1 for C and 0 for F For sub assignment 2 I'll get +2 to Willpower for an A, +1 for a C, and 0 for a F
  2. Doing good on everything but the quitting smoking as you and I figured that would be the one I have the most problems with. I'm dancing around the house just about every day, and keeping up on stretching which has helped a lot. And I'm genuinely keeping up eating which has helped quite a bit. There is a lot going on in my life right now but I am genuinely working on getting healthier. Hopefully when I can afford a gym membership and am not trying to freeze my butt off up here in this Alaskan winter I can do my strength training and cardio. Every Day, every way, hiit that gym and with the cardio I won't be able to smoke or I'll DIE lol
  3. Also made a pact with one of my best friends to walk with her 4x a week, we started tonight and walked 2.5 miles in 6 degree Fahrenheit weather, then I did 20 reps of army crawls. Going to be so much ow when I stretch in the morning but day one is done! I can do this, or else lol
  4. Put me down for the 20 I just did that got my heart pumping, those things are harder than they look and I'm woefully out of shape! lol
  5. Hey you walked 2.5 miles in 6 degree weather, a good 1/4 of a mile of that without your glasses, you kicked ass!

Assignment So since I'm new, I'm not sure how everyone does the scoring but this is how I am going to attempt and anyone who has any advice or tips it is much appreciated. My Main assignment is to become a runner, and work on my endurance. I'd like to be able to run a 10k by the end of this year (I'm giving myself time as I have many a health issue that I am fighting and am hoping that by working out as I have been encouraged to do by my doctors, that I will be able to conquer many of these problems) Sub Assignments #1: Increase Flexibility I will stretch every morning as I rise from sleep. I will also do my dances at least 5x a week (currently at 2x a week) A = 41 stretches + 30 dance sessions B = 35 stretches + 25 dance sessions C = 28 stretches + 20 dance sessions F = 0 + 0 #2 Eat Regularly I will eat every meal (I already eat healthy, mostly vegan, no empty starches) Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner, Regularly and Often, endeavoring to balance each meal for my body's needs. A = Every meal every day B = Missed 5 meals C = Missed 10 meals F = anything more than 10 #3 QUIT SMOKING I am replacing smoking with exercise entirely, no weaning, no cheating, just done. This is the hardest of my goals as I have been a smoker for many, many years. This is a pass or fail either I do it which is an A or I don't which is an F I will be judged at the end of this by my dark queen, I would be wise to work hard and not try but do.
