Been a while since I got on these forums, really should do that more often. I plateaued for a bit, struggling. Going to try something new and respawn!

Finally got my laptop back! I feel so behind on everything. Ah well, I'm down 28 pounds so far now!

beginners gains are AWESOME! just last week I couldn't do 6 push-ups in a row, now I'm on 11. (Gotta get to 25 to do what the crossfit instructor wants me to do)

Got thoroughly whipped by the circuit workout my sister made up for me. Whew! Doesn't help that legs are still sore from workout on Friday.

Replaced potatoes with sweet potatoes in my beef stew recipe...was skeptical, but they're SO MUCH BETTER! Wow! I'm sticking to that!
