  7. I haven't had the time quite yet to post them, shooting for tomorrow. I know that I definitely need work on my deadlift form, my back rounded quite a bit on my final two attempts.
  8. Starting Phase 2 of my program today. No more supersets for four weeks.

  9. I was feeling solid yesterday so I bumped up my Squat and Bench Press targets... And hit them all!
  10. Lifted for my first Nerd Fitness virtual powerlifting meet yesterday. I broke PR in every lift and surpassed my goal for overall total! Squat: 260 lbs Bench Press: 225 lbs Deadlift: 330 lbs I was shooting for a 800 lbs total, managed to hit 815 lbs. Woot!

  12. I completed my lifts yesterday and posted my results on the spreadsheet. Where do I need to post the videos for each of my attempts?
  13. This has been a pretty shitty week in the fitness/health department of my life. Nutrition has been atrocious, averaging probably 6 hours of sleep per night, and only making it about half way through each workout. I guess that's what I get for losing focus. Taking today to gather my thoughts and emotions in preparation for killing my lifts tomorrow in the virtual powerlifting meet.
