  1. Day? - OK so I lost track of the days and forgot to update this thingy. Two days after I said that I flipped the tire and beat it with a hammer I did so again. Yesterday I flipped a 500 pound tire 100 times and beat it with a 16 pounds hammer twenty five times on each side. Then today I beat the punching bag for a good while then did a bunch of clean and presses. I'm not gonna quit this soon trust me.
  2. Days 2 and 3 - So on the physical side of things nothing happened since it suddenly got super cold where I live. Like it went from 70 to 20 in just a few hours so yeah I haven't worked out much in these past two days and if it stays this way I won't work it as often as I wish to. On the other side of things though I did help my friend through a bit of a predicament yesterday so that lifts my spirit. I'm no therapist nor do I wanna be but helping out a buddy is always nice.
  3. Day 1 - Today was pretty good. I flipped the tire 100 times and beat it with the sledge fifty times from the right side, left side and straight down the middle. I also rearranged my room as I do every Christmas time. Overall my goal isn't a terribly difficult one but hey gotta start somewhere.
  4. Sorry for the late response but thank you regardless!
  5. So this is my first challenge here on this site. Better late than never. So as a swordsman but more so as a man I've got four pillars I not only have to keep hold of but strengthen. Strength Endurance Intellect Affection I have no concrete training method for strength though I do have a plethora of workouts that I love to do that are effective. I have bar and dumbbell workouts such as curls, benching, squats, rows, shrugs all that good stuff. I have an axe and a fallen tree in my yard so I chop wood. I have a 250 pound to 300 pounds tire I flip and beat with my 15 pound sledgehammer. At least two times a week I will try to use these exercises to work out for AT LEAST an hour. Most of the time I lose track of time and work out for now than that. For endurance I have running. Plain and simple. I run from Monday to Thursday. I'll either run for a set time or run for a curtain amount of miles. This is why I can't work out more than twice a week because this just makes me exhausted. For intellect I read and read and read. I may not be a fast reader but I will read none the less. I want to read for at least an hour 3 times a week if not more. Now we are on affection. Like I said to be a swordsman but more importantly a man affection is something that I need. It is one of the four pillars that make up a man. When I say affection I don't mean being a soft emotional man. I mean being there for a friend or family member when they are in need. Stay up late to just talk with someone. Showing affection when it is needed from me. I cannot put a number to this one but I will try my hardest to be not a soft man but a man with armor in place and beneath that steel armor will lie a beating tender heart. A soft man is not what I will be but instead a tender warrior. "Great men aren't born but instead forged from the fires of pain and suffering."
  6. Great men aren't born but instead forged in the fires of pain and suffering.
  7. So I'm a bit new to this with the 4 week challenge that's all self driven correct?
  8. My internet is being super slow right now so just search up the soundtrack to Assassins Creed 4. That'll get your feet wet
  9. Been working out for probably half a year. Got blisters on my feet and calluses on my hands. I'm 6'3 and like to listen to listen to pirate music. I like working out and I like video games so this site seemed cool and I personally best fit with the rangers
  10. Idk if this is the right place to ask since I'm kinda new to this. My workout is, Bear crawls for 1/4 mile 50 pull-ups 15 minutes of meditation 100 bench presses of 80 pounds 100 shrugs with two 40 pound dumb bells 50 push-ups When I try to join a guild which guild would best be for me?
  11. They are for the most part going pretty ok. My diet is the easy part I just every so often procrastinate my workout.
  12. sodas and sweets mostly also stuff like chips and other stuff like that
  13. Well it's going pretty good sorry I wasn't able to respond sooner but this week is going solid
