  1. Been doing some handstand work. Tried to post from IG, but didn't seem to work. Hm.
  2. Note to self: helping strangers can give meaning to an otherwise banal day.
  3. Bought a home dip station. I still have yet to successfully assemble said station, but hoping to knock that out tonight.
  4. Currently within < 10 pounds of my goal weight. Almost out of the 170s...
  5. Still kickin'. Been hovering in the mid 170's the past 2-3 months. Going to make a concerted effort to break into the 160's over the next two months. Here's some new stuff I've been trying:
  6. Still alive! Last week I completed a six-day solo bike tour from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia. Came in a bit over 415 miles. Longest tour to date!
  7. Been under 180lbs for at least a month or two now, so that's nice.
  8. Weight down to 178. 45 lbs lost since Jan 2015. 2 full dead hang pullups. I feel like #3 is right around the corner.
  9. How do you remind yourself to appreciate the progress you've made?

    1. TMedina

Keep a log - it's one thing to know you've made progress, it's another to see a tangible record of the changes over time.

  10. Male 180 lbs / 81.6 kg 2 Pullups
  11. Still here and kickin'. Finally got my first legit dead hang pullup last week. Hoping to add more reps soon!
  12. Brief update: * Currently training for a 10-mile run at the beginning of May. Hoping to finish around 90 mins. * Been back on the bike (outside), working back up to regular Saturday 50 miler. Current max distance at 35 miles. * 5 pounds away from the goal weight I set way back in Jan 2015. Dropped a total of 38 pounds since then. Think that's about it.
  13. Heads up: 5k at the Philly Zoo, Sat Feb 13: http://imatter.comop.org/site/TR?fr_id=1261&pg=entry I'm signed up. Any fellow rebels checking this one out?
