  5. Loaded plates onto the barbell today for the very first time to lift it. A nice reminder that no matter what craycray is in my life, I am strong and in control. :)

  7. Roller skating must be magical. Not only did it get rid of my massive DOMS in both legs but it sorted out my damaged foot. Life is definitely better with wheels on :)
