  1. Recap: I managed to hit all my goals except for the coffee one. More power to me! The yoga goal especially has increased my daily wellbeing quite a lot. The hell no goal forced me into a few conflicts, all of which needed to happen. Surprising how little you know people until they have to accept a no for an answer. 2. Well, you could say the coffee is free to sabotage my goals? :-D Yeah, you're right. I meant I have coffee available at work without any direct monetary costs. That one goes very well, thanks for asking! I have learnt a second flow, and have expanded my daily practice to include two flows now. My mobility has gone through the roof (relatively to my humble beginnings) but I'm still convinced pigeon pose was specifically designed to make me feel bad.
  3. I hate to use the word unfortunately in the context of free coffee, but unfortunately I get free, freshly ground and brewed coffee at work in the common kitchen. And it's not decaf. I will have to simply take logging my coffees seriously methinks. Gesendet von meinem ONE E1003 mit Tapatalk
  4. Ah, Whole 30 was the programme I had in the back of my mind - couldn't remember the name. Awesome resource, thank you! But think I will align it with the next challenge. :-)
  5. Actually pretty well, thank you! I have some overlapping other issues (Allergies, Sarcoidosis, medication ) so it's hard to tell exactly where stuff comes from. I actually started that eating part of the challenge a little early, so I already have met the week I set out to do. Cramps are basically completely gone. So the next part is to think about re-introducing stuff so I can figure out what the problem is. My current thinking is I'll never be able to pinpoint exactly that I have no problem drinking milk but grain is a no go or the other way around. Seems to be more of a gradual tolerance kind of thing. The hell yeah part, well, it's a little more complicated than I thought. There's just many, many instances where my initial thought is Hell NO and then I realise it's part of an epic quest or just some kind of avoidance behaviour or after I did the thing in question it's suddenly Hell Yeah glad I did it. Bass playing actually is on track, I've spent so much time with my basses the last two weeks, it's insane. Unfortunately, my coffee consumption is all over the place. Even worse than when I started.
  6. I have been living mostly without them for a couple of years now, I just haven't been super strict with it. So I think I have the macro nutrients mostly figured out without them.
  7. Hey @Guzzi, sorry didn't see your post earlier. I'm set to go! Thanks for asking! :-)
  8. Diet only drink coffee from 0930-1130 and 1500-1600 no grain and not dairy for a week (one of those is giving me cramps and I don't know which) Fitness finish learning the cricket yoga flow beginner level and learn one other flow Life each day, reflect on how I did regarding "Hell yeah" or "No, thank you", especially "Did I say yes when I wanted to say No?" play bass at least 5 minutes a day
