  1. 6 miles run, kept intake at 1000 calories, possibly too low. 6 miles planned and a target of 1500 calories set for today.
  2. 6 miles on Christmas, and 2000 calories. 6 miles yesterday, kept it to 1500 calories. Today, I plan 8 miles and 1500 calories if possible. We will see.
  3. Kept it to 2000 calories last night. 8 miles run today. 2000 or less calories planned for today. 6 miles planned for Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone, gasoline and Christmas Trees don't mix. Don't make this Christmas season your last. Have a Safe and Sane holiday.
  4. I'm going to post one way or another every day as a matter of habit. 6 miles run today. I'm planning to resist the urgings of my mother to eat 4000 calories when I visit tonight. 6 more miles planned tomorrow. Will report in my success or failure with both.

  11. Ughhhhhhhhhh... Feels like I got hit by a truck... WTF happened? Ohhhhh right. Finals projects. Followed by Skyrim. Followed by Final Exams. All right. Done with all of that. Classes went very well. And I figured out a build to do 6000 damage per shot with archery and 1-shot the final boss on the hardest difficulty setting. Time to focus on fitness. ETFNerd, good advice. I'll be paying more attention to pacing myself this time around, and incorporating diet as well. New goal for now: Two cycles of the beginner body weight training, start calorie intake log, 15 minutes dedicated prayer time, and by the end of the weekend, know notes and timing for my part in Virtual Choir 3.
  12. No workout 11/13 due to sore muscles. Continued with spiritual/mental goals. Same with 11/14, due to simply not having a moment of time at any point through the day. BARELY got in time to do my workout 11/15. 5 miles running 3 full sets of beginner's body weight circuit: 20 bodyweight squats 10 pushups 20 lunges 10 rows 35 second plank 30 jumping jacks Should have just enough time to do running today if I get up an hour early. Postponing studio work until this weekend. Final take will be sung and song uploaded by next week. I also think it's time to read up on and start paying more attention to my diet and calorie intake.

Keeping up with the spiritual and mental goals as well. I'm trying to get the night off tomorrow in order to do another recording take. I've decided that this will be the last set, for better or for worse.
  15. Workout for 11/11/11 15 mile rain run Last night I went for a 15 mile run through the pouring rain while blasting Two Steps From Hell. Freaking good night to be alive. As per Calismenreth's advice I kicked back on the body weight workout.
