  1. Live in Circleville go to school at OSU. Always up to lift or spar while I'm there!
  2. Hello to all, I am Volcodom, but you can call me T.J., cause one's a handle and the other's my name!Short and Dirty: My fitness journey has brought me here through some stalking and research. I'm a 23 year old political science student at Ohio State. I work in industrial supply and live half an hour south of my classes, and I live mostly independent of my folks. I'm here as a true adventurer, I practice martial arts, I lift weights, I run races, and I do all manner of meditation and spiritual stuff. I love it all, and though the below story is long, hopefully it lets you know about who I am, regardless of that I look forward to talking to you all, and training to be at least as strong as Krillin someday! (and less bald) The whole story: My journey to fitness began about 2 years ago when a dear friend informed me that I was a big ol fat-arse *2010 320lbs. or so, unconfident and angry so I started eating low carb, then lower carb, then no carb for a minute. I cycled, jogged, ran, then ran my first 5k. Got back into my martial art, got to brown belt level, learned a boat load and transferred to OSU, moved out on my own (with my fiancé). *one year later 100 lbs. down, added a wee bit o muscle and felt great Then I got lazy. Life got tough, school was harder than ever, and managing my new not boy life was even harder. I maintained for a while, but after my fiancé's father was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and we subsequently began travelling to Kentucky every weekend right around this last year's holiday's I let myself go. Just a little haha So right about the end of Christmas time I realized that I was not training like a Saiyan, nor was I being what the Gods wanted me to be. So I stepped up, and this time I'm doing it right. I still keep my carbs low, but I'm not doing the no carb keto shuffle anymore. I'm doing cardio, AND lifting, did my first set of deadlifts in 5 years today felt amazing, and despite the hardships with my schedule I'm back on track. If ya made it this far, from one nerd to another, I hope you feel a little inspired, and I hope you see me as a new friend. Thanks for having me, and I can't wait to talk to you all through the coming weeks!
