  1. Off I go again, into the unkown of my own brain wondering if I still have the drive to finish what I start. My overall goal is to drop 60 pounds by next spring. I often start down the road but never finish!!!! My little goals that I will use to measure these will be: -My total carlorie intake will be 2245 cal per day. -I will run four days a week. -Lift weights to increase my bench, squat, and clean by 40 pounds each. I also want to read two paleo books and finish one FAA test. Thanks for the extra boost I needed to start this quest again!!!!
