As of January I began my quest to look better, feel better and well look better. My Senior year (2013-2014) of college I began to gain a lot of weight, and then I got comfortable when I met my boyfriend in November 2014. Then this happened!! So far I have lost about 15 lbs. My starting weight was 220 and I am currently at 205. I know I have a long ways to go but I am more motivated than ever. I have lost weight before, going down to a size 8 my sophomore year of college, so I know I can do it. The only difference this time is I don't want to be skinny fat I want to be this: First Challenge Strong Lifts 3x a week - 1 point strength HIIT Cardio 2x a week for 30 minutes - 1 point stamina1 cheat meal a week and 6 days a week of staying under TDEE (6 days 90% clean eating (no artificial sweeteners, and no high fructose corn syrup) - 1 point in constitutionRead Thinner, Leaner, Stronger by Micheal Matthews - 1 of a point in wisdom MAY THE FORCE BE WITH ME!
