  2. Hi, not my first challenge thanks though and I see why you would think they aren't smart goals but I just did a summary there as I have a list/ workout schedule at home that I didn't want to type in here. Best of luck at your challenge
  3. I'll start with a bit about myself ( soon to be former self! XD) I'm not the healthiest person, I've a addiction to crisps ( potato chips for you yanks) and cigarettes both of which I'm in the process of quiting. I have a bit of stubborn fat and arms like twigs this will not help me in my lifelong dream to join the army sooo that's leads me to my quest... QUEST: Improve fitness for army. GOALS: 1) By the end of the 6 weeks I want to be able to do 45-50 push ups. 2) Run 10km 3) My diet will vary, first two weeks are going to be low carb my aim is to lose 5lbs of that stubborn fat. The next four weeks will then be hight protein to feed those muscles (arms hopefully ðŸ˜) Feb 22nd - 142.8lbs 10 push-ups 2km run Mar 1st - Mar 8th - Mar 15th - Mar 22nd - Mar 29th - Apr 5th - To do goal #1 I will start with a program of doing my max push-ups then 20second break then 2 reps of 1/2 of my max push-ups. Goal #2 will involve every third night ( gym the other two nights). Goal #3 will involve 2 weeks of strength training and cardio along with low carb diet then once I've lost the 5lbs I will do strength training with high protein and a balanced carb diet to feed and build muscle. I'm mainly concerned with building upper body strength as I have strong legs from hiking, cycling etc. SIDE QUEST: Quit those cigarettes. I've been on and off then for many months quiting for 10-15 days then going back on them. This will not happen anymore! It's sounds like a lot to me but I believe its very do-able 😃 best of luck everyone!
