Yay my challenge buddy is back!! I'm here for encouragement and the Lord of the Rings goodness. I have also downloaded that app for my own walking! Let's see who gets to Mordor first... 😏 We got this!!- 31 replies

The chess analogy is awesome! I never thought of life that way. I look forward to see how you progress! Also, I have never seen Chuck. Is it any good? If I like Heroes, Psych, Firefly, and other similar shows would I like it?

What is on my mind? Parkour! I really, really, REALLY want to do it! On top of just looking cool, I think it looks like great exercise. I have a few questions about it for all you practitioners out there. #1 Where should I start? I have no background with gymnastics or anything, but I have done martial arts so I do not know if that makes a difference. #2 Any tips about how to train, where to train, when to train, etc.? #3 Is there anyone here who knows of parkour groups in Orlando, Florida? I have done google searches and the like, but have not really found a group. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
