  1. Hi everyone, Here is my deadlift at 285. I do 6 reps total and I go to switch grip on the 4th rep. Anything you notice and can comment on a way to fix would be greatly appreciated!
  2. Hi everyone, So I'm having some trouble with my squat. I feel my chest going way to far forward(over mooning I guess is the term) when I squat. The ones I filmed were okay but I've had a few where I go even farther forward and I really feel like I'm using my back to lift the bar instead of my leg drive. I looked up some common causes and it talked about the bar being too far forward when you squat. The bar seems to be over my mid foot like everything I read. The other thing they said was if your hips rise before you chest which again in my opinion it seems like I have both going at the same time.
