  1. Going good. I am just starting to settle and get back into a normal groove. My house and yard need a lot of work, so I have commited to doing at least an hour and a half of work around the house a day (except days where I work doubles). I think I should be able to go for a run tonight.

  5. Made it through midterms and I am caught up on homer work. Today we return to the gym for a light lift (goal 3).

  10. So, life is pretty crazy right now. I currently have 4 jobs, I am in course overloads, and I just bought my first house. I am not even all the way moved in yet, and I am just trying to keep everything together. I think right now, I am going to keep things simple. I will edit this post as the challenge goes one but for now: 1: Set up my home gym. My first mission is to set up the gym and get myself moving again! 2: get caught up with school and through mid terms 3: Get back in the gym
  11. So I took everyone's advice...because I had too, lol. On Thursday last week I literally collapsed after giving a speech. I hit my exhaustion wall, and I could not really walk for the rest of the night. I cancelled my shift that night and only worked 8 hours the next day. I cut back to working 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday, and I then took a hike with my girlfriend and dogs. It was lovely we stopped half-way through the hike and at the end and went swimming with the pups in the clear spring water. I am feeling a lot better today, and I am supposed to close my house on Friday-and move in on Saturday. I am going to try and pace myself better this week and rest Sunday. I am going to get out and do a light job Tuesday and Thursday, and I cancelled all night shifts this week besides today. So, here is to a closer to normal work load!

  14. I run a prevention education and research program of 15 people. I developed the program from the ground up over the last 6 months. I do 45-60 hours a week here. I run a drug education program for highschoolers (but one class until summer). I do 5-8 hours a week here. I also do work for order up, which is like uber for delivery food. I do about 10 hours a week for them. I also started my own small business brewing cold brew coffee and tea. I well it as concentrate wholesale to vendors. Its features in a couple restaurants and food trucks at the moment. Its hard to tell the time I put there. I also do course overloads in college. I'm a sr. and I am gearing up for grad school.   17. Yesterday I missed another lift. After working 14 hours straight all I could do was eat and sleep. Today is another 14 hour day, but I will jog tonight..I will jog.
  18. I should probably get back on lifting tonight....Most of my stuff is packed-but I can still do mace training out on the porch.

  21. Thanks for sending this message and reminding me to get my ass on here! This have not calmed down, but instead have become...crazier! I think this challenge should be called get through starting a business and moving! My home gym is a packing room at the moment, but you know what I need to jog and keep my weight down in the mean time. I commit to do a run tomorrow, period.

What a fucking week so far....*pants trying to catch breath* I finished up finals, started doing a bunch of lectures, began my research with MU's school of social work, start a side business that is starting to get traction, did most of the pre-work and weird odds and in for buying the house...etc. This list goes on and on. In the cluster, I have missed my last two lifts and runs....no good. I will lift tonight.
  23. This weekend went pretty well. I ran and took care of the pups-I mostly just tried to keep up with everything going on. I am ready for some week one madness!
