  1. Found this...had to post it...there was no other choice in the mater
  2. I think I might have to skip my lift today. I work 8 hours, then I have a final, then I work 3-4 more hours. I will try to sneak away for an hour to lift, but we will see what happens.

  7. Ya maybe I will also cut out the chin ups or the lunges. Maybe both. Those muscles get hit in mace workouts (360, barb squat, grave digger)

  9. Alright I am re-working my bulk workout for tonight. I am thinking of keeping it 4 circuits of 12-10-8-6 and shortening too: OH Press, Mace 360, Barbarian Squat, Grave Diggers, Weighted Lunges, Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, Dumbbell Bench-Press. Just a rough draft, any thoughts?

  17. Just finished my Tuesday run. It destroyed me and the pups. The heat is killing me. My pale skin isn't made for it. I think im going to try to find a way to start running at dawn or dusk to avoid the heat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
