Guessing this is where to post my challenge goals. I did follow guidelines Jan. 1-Feb. 22. I did accomplish my fitness (exercise) goals. This was MAJOR! Now actually joining the program. Goals for Feb.22-April 5: Continue exercise every other day. Major household task (1-hr.+) 3x / week. Eat 3 healthy meals/day. Play therapy (15 min.) 3x /week. NEW & MOST challenging goals: Lose 5 pounds (157), achieve 40% body fat (scale measures), retain 90% muscle mass + 5% bone mass (or whatever that number signifies) as measured by scale. No sodas. No potato chips. 2 candies/day. Limited healthy snacks.
