  2. Hi there I ust want to Introduce myself to the warriors! I'm a swiss student. And I want to get stronger! @ the end of the year I want to be able to Squat 1.5 x my Bodyweight, Deadlift 2.0x my bodyweight and Bench Press 0.75x bodyweight! Here the link to my challange I'm now about to complete the last part of these cycle. And could increase the weights for about 10 - 15k on each big lift. I struggle with getting over 5 Chin-Ups anyone a tip? My next cycle will be the Programm of Jonnie Candito, anybody experiences with this Programm?     Ok great thanks! No, I'm currently doing Chin - Ups becauseit feels way more comfortable for me. I always feel pain in my shoulder when I try to do normal Pull- Ups.. and I can't really preform them that well...

  6. Ok, great! Thank you a lot!! So I just worked out how much calories I need now I'll be tracking for a while! yes, there are way too much infos... it's so frustrating once I read this and the next time exactly the opposite... But big thanks for your help!

  8. Hey guys I want to gain some mass,my question now is how low/high should I stay on Fat/Carbs? I keep my Protein on about 150 gr a day! Is it better to have 3 big meals or a lot of small ones? whats about carb cycling, can I still gain strenght without eating termendous amounts of Carbs? And what about tracking calories? (I'm def. not a huge fan of this!!) I'm a little confused about all the Infos on the web...please help meust with some tips or experiences Thanks!!

Ok thanks, I'm now on Squat: 70k for 5x5 (struggled with the last rep) and wanna work up to 100k 5x5 Deadlift: 80k for 5x5 no struggling at all wanna work up to 150k (1Rm is 100k) Bench: 50k 9/6/5/5, my goal is 70k 3x12 Pull Ups: 5 in a row my goal are 10! Ok thank you! I just keep going as I did till now. Pobably I need to train little less... I'm very often sore! I'm doing a full body workout 3x a week.
  10. How often should I be able to increase my weights on my workouts? Would it also be ok to increase reps if I'm once not sure if Im able to manage a higher weight? What's about post workout carbs, if I want to gain some muscle and strenght without gaining a lot of fat?

      me too .... I had to modify my workout plans so I do something everyday (except sunday - enforced rest day)... do the PLP challenge - it means you get to do something every day

    I'm not counting calories, I just eat a high carb meal about 1 h after my workout, and on the other days I do eat low- / medium- carb paleo diet! Oh right great for the support I like to report about my progress thank you! This community seems to be pretty supportive.

    Thank you, yes I'm pretty sure the 3 plate will come (*stay hungry!!*) I hope so thats my biggest fear to gain fat cause I was once about 100k heavy and I never want to be back there....!!!
