  12. OK back to workout logging. took a week or so off to let a strained hamstring heal and focused on mobility and stretching. Tuesday July 5: Deadlift Day 2x5@345lbs 5x3@405lbs Thursday July 7: Bench: 5x5@235lbs OHP: 3x5@105lbs SatutdayJuly 9: Squat: 5x5@265lbs felt heavy but no pain and no strain so I am pleased with that

  14. In a competition, usually something like 1 min or so per lifter in your flight. Deadlifts will go the fastest as there is no rack heights to adjust.
  15. I do not have a home gym. I prefer to lift at the gym at work. we also have a family membership to Lifetime fitness so any lifting done on weekends or holidays and such are done there.

  20. back to sacrificing to the Iron god after a week of bodyweight work. I am rebooting the 5/3/1 template after training went off the rails for a bit. Training max for bench and squat were lowered slightly. I am still committed to some conditioning work each workout day. bench: 5x5@235 2x3@255 accessories: OHP 3x5 barbell row 3x5 shoulder work conditioning: 20 min hill climb on treadmill - 7.0% @ 3.0mph.
  21. 30 min incline walk on the treadmill lots of stretching. hamstring still not playing well with other. getting on the floor was awkward. I plan to give some air squats a go tomorrow and progress from there.
  22. yes, based on your 1st and 3rd posts, one might have to question some life choices? great lifts tho!
