  1. So yes, definitely should post daily. Helps hold me more accountable. Without hashing out the details of the week, met the food goal/vitamin goal, did not meet fitness goal, but met Life Quest! Earned a C for the week. I'll make sure next week is better!
  2. Monday / Tuesday Vitamin - check WW - check exercise - nonexistent for these two days, need to get it together! Monday - 2 swears Tuesday - 1 swear! And it's midnight....SO IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! Yay! Now to play Dragon Age...
  3. Sunday WW- almost went too far because I was given a surprise early birthday party! Had NO idea and was super overwhelmed Exercise - couldn't run due to thunderstorms so did an aerobic video indoors vitamin - check swears - 0 today!!!!!! Weekly Grade: A! Can't do A+ because of the 3 swear day, but I'm doing good!
  4. My husband didn't swear until he started dating me. He actually said phrases like "dagnabbit" and it wasn't ironically...
  5. Saturday WW - still within points but have officially used up ALL this week's bonus points at the wedding...Western Pennsylvania is known for what's called a "cookie table".....you can probably figure out why this is a problem for me Exercise - did Day 1 of a Yoga challenge on Youtube with the husband....dang, stretching hurts! This means that I HAVE to do a run tomorrow, but it should work out nicely because I'm at my mother's and we live very close to the high school (which includes the nice track) Swears - only 2 today! I thought it was 1 but the hubs reminded me (while smirking) of an transgression earlier today Too much wedding food...
  6. Is the HIIT class related to TKD? I was wondering if that HIIT schedule is something you do at home or in a group? It looks pretty intense aka impressive!
  7. Yay! You're back! Binge TV watching is so rough...so addictive. Embembol - I didn't swear until after HS as well, in fact, I was known for NOT swearing, but once college hit the sweet fun of letting the f-word fly was too much. As a teacher, I had to cut down on it, but now I really need to get it under control. I need some good replacement words, any suggestions?
  8. Friday Vitamin - check WW - check, ate out twice in one day, but didn't do too bad exercise - did a Youtube yoga video, might actually try them out more often! swears - 3 today

Thursday Vitamin - check WW - check (doing pretty well, haven't really had to dip into my weekly bonus points yet....but I have a wedding this Saturday, so I've been planning ahead) Exercise - nope...which means I HAVE to do something Friday (today), Saturday (there WILL be dancing!), and Sunday. Swears - only 2 today...they tend to slip out more when I'm telling stories, I'll do anything for laugh Started up another round of Dragon Age: Inquisition...I don't know why I'm doing this to myself! I'm pretty sure binge playing is NOT conducive to exercising.
  10. I usually get the vitamins down fast enough that taste isn't a factor, but I agree, the first scent upon opening is pretty intense. I HAVE noticed a more yellowish tint to my pee, so that's fun! I should look into the Omega-3 because I definitely don't get enough fish. TLC is always riding that line of "holy crap what if that happened to me" vs. "I'm doing okay".

Wednesday: Vitamin - check WW - check (tried out a new vegetarian dish for dinner...makes me feel like a real adult, which is probably good considering we're trying to have a kid) Exercise - went for a run today! Didn't get too far, but have to get back into the swing of it. Swears - only about 2 today so that's pretty good
  12. Monday: Vitamins - check WW - check exercise - nope swears - 1-2 (not bad!) Tuesday: Vitamins - check WW - check exercise - nope ...decided to replay Dragon Age 2...what was I thinking?!? swears - 3-4 (I blame Dragon Age again) Not a terrible start, I need to get myself running again though.
  13. I'm so glad you're here! After I posted this, I realized that I never labeled anything a Main Quest. It's weird, because Weight Watchers is meant to help you lose weight, but I'm really focusing more on losing inches this time, really WW is more to help get my portion control in check...I went a little crazy there for a while. I've been off of birth control for about 3.5 weeks now. So far, no baby, but I know expecting one is a tad unrealistic. Prenatal Vitamins FTW!
  14. Hello All! This is my second challenge, made it through my first one with an overall grade of "C"....pretty sure I can do better than that. My husband and I just started to attempt baby-making, so I'm trying to get a healthier body. Baby vessels made for poptarts, while tasty, are fragile. Goal 1: Follow Weight Watchers (Momentum system) with fidelity for all six weeks. Regularly update using iTrackBites app on my phone. Goal 2: 2 days a week running outside (with or without husband), and 2 days a week using free weights during workout videos (21 Day Fix or Youtube) Goal 3: Dutifully take Prenatal vitamins daily each week (had no idea you took them BEFORE pregnancy or that they were OTC) Life Goal Quest: Stop Swearing.............really interested to see how this goes . Better start with allowing up to 2 accidental uses a day (still MUCH lower than what I'm doing now) Grading System (per week): A+: Goals 1-3 met, life quest achieved A: Goals 1-3 met, life quest fail B: Combo of 1 and 3 or 2 and 3 C: Only goals 1 and 2 met D: Only 1 goal met F: Bad Jill! Let's do this!

    Final Report Card

    Final Report Could have been better, could have been worse. But I'm an A student so I need to get it together!
  16. Final Grade: After averaging everything, I got an overall C. Those two F's really killed me. I'm pumped to start the next challenge because I've already planned on some changes to goals/plans. I'm going to measure inches rather than pounds, and I'm going to do Weight Watchers again with a focus on Paleo (the "free" days were getting a little too FREE).
  17. Sunday - NYC - homemade foods - enough said - but lots of walking! Monday - ditto to Sunday Tuesday - on a bus for 8 hours - blah Wednesday: almost made it with Paleo but made bad choices, need to get back into the swing of things
  18. Saturday Food: Spent 9 hours on a bus to NYC, but packed Paleo appropriate snacks and made it through successfully! Workout: unless sitting is the new workout, NOT TODAY
  19. Congratulations on the job! You'll adjust to the change. I feel like I actually do better when my schedule is packed, less time for shenanigans. If I tried turning off my wifi I'm pretty sure my husband would enter a depression, so that's never really an option for me. I must have stolen all your mojo because this has been my best week yet because I started posting every day. You and I can get into a balance next week Keep me posted on the new job! I'm so happy for you!
  20. Thursday: Workout: Nope. Fell asleep at 8pm and stayed that way. Food: Nope. Had a bad day at work, ate donuts and smarties, fairly certain that's not Paleo. Friday: Workout: ran with husband, had my fastest pace ever! Food: Paleo approved!
  21. Wednesday Workout - Plyo video with my husband (so much jumping...) Paleo - Good! Cleaning - did those dishes the other night! But nothing today.
