  1. Didn't sleep the best last night and that reflected on my lifts today. I did a body weight circuit of pull ups, push ups and rows; followed by dumbbell bench and core work; finished with an 8 min jog. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  2. Huh, for some reason it didn't post what I did this morning. Bummer. 45 min of yoga 35 min of hammer/club work This evening. 8 min jog 30 min of hammer/club work Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  3. I have been changing this up this week, and trying new exercises, and rotating some old ones in. The biggest change happened yesterday. I made some idian clubs and having been playing with them in the mornings to loosen up. I took it a step further and grabbed a 6 lb maul and added some heavier club exercises in. Yesterday I got out our old 16 lb sledge and put a new handle on and did some heavy club work. Swings, side Swings and more. I did some more heavy club work this morning and I feel like it helped shake off a lot of soreness from yesterday. On top of that old school work out I have been wearing 1.5 lb ankle weights, which are heavier that you might think after a couple of hours. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  4. I did surprisingly well after giving blood yesterday. I took plenty of breaks, longer than normal, to help compensate. Pull ups 9, 6, 6 TRX pistol squats 3x10 each side Kettlebell double snatch into overhead squat @35 5x5 Resistance band overhead press 10, 5, 5; lat raises 3x10, overhead Tricep 3x10 Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  5. Light day today, woke up tired and a bit sore. Overhead press 95 3x10 Barbell twists 3x10 at increasing weights 45, 80, 90 45 min yoga Didn't want to push and since I give blood tonight tomorrow is also likely to be light. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  6. Chin ups 10, 8, 5 TRX push ups 3x10 Arm extension 3x10 Dumbell bench @45 3x10 Kettlebell windmills @35 3x10 each side Kettlebell alternating lunges @35 3x20 Kettlebell Around the world hip tosses @35 x50 Med ball wall tosses @15 5x10 each side Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  7. I feel good, for the first time in a couple weeks. Woke up refreshed, felt good in the gym, and not too tired right now. Pull ups 1x10 Over head press. 95 3x10 Kettlebell complex @35, 20 swings, 20 snatch each side, 20 swings x3 Viking lunges w/15lb med ball 3x20 45 min of yoga Not an overly complicated workout, but I can tell my shoulders are going to hurt later. Worth it. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  8. Rock those curls. I want to see biceps the size of my thighs! A little sore this morning and not as strong as yesterday. I had a hard time with my grip strength for some reason. Chin ups 10, 7, 5 Inverse TRX rows 10, 10, 8 20 swings, 10 snatch each side @45 x3 Med ball hip tosses and wall tosses 6x10 each side 1 hour yoga, single leg balances 100lb keg carries across the yard x7, I'm counting this because it was brutal. I had to take two 50lb kegs across the yard and down into the basement. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  9. Went to bed at 7 last night, I could do that again and be happy, but I have to do a tasting tonight. Superset: Pull ups 10, 8, 6 Knee to chests 3x10 TRX push ups 3x10 Squats 135 3x10 Med ball work: @10 & @15 Twists 2x40 Over unders 2x40 Pull ups felt remarkably good this morning, as did most of my work out. Tried squats, felt good, kept it light, and really worked on explosive power on the way up. I kinda felt like a tool making the bar rattle with such light weight, but oh well. 10. Didn't sleep the best, so decided that 45 min of yoga was enough for me this morning. If I am feeling good later I will go for a short run. I'll play that by ear though. Keep up the excellent work Mr. B, glad to see you moving forward! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  11. Finally made it back for a work out. I took it really slow, because I had a lot of other workouts afterwards. KB complex @35: 20 swings, 20 each side snatch, 20 swings, repeat 4 times. Jump rope 1 min x3 1 hour yoga, practiced binds today. 2 hour fighter practice outside. Yoga was fantastic, kettlebells felt pretty good, but I was a little tired by fighter practice. Still kept my own though. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  12. Well we had a crazy weekend that I am only kind of recovered from. I will not be pushi bg myself this week at all. Today I got in 45 minutes of yoga. Tomorrow I will do yoga and try a light work out to see how much I have lost. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  13. Been tired, didn't get my run in, going to have to wait until tomorrow morning. 10 pull ups KB @35: each side snatch 5x20 One arm suitcase carry 3x20 Overhead press each arm 3x15 Windmill each side 3x10 MB @12: Wall throw variation 3x30 MB @15: 30 floor slams 30 russian twists 30 toe touches I felt about as tired at the end as I did when I started. It was a good work out, I am just worried because it hasn't rained in two weeks. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  14. Did some heavy fighting last night and woke up a little stiff this morning so I kept it fairly light. Super set: Pull ups 10, 7, 6 KB swings @50 3x50 TRX push ups 3x10 TRX inverse rows 3x10 Pistol squats 3x6 each leg Played with some resistance bands Medicine ball @15: 20 russian 20 wood choppers 45 min of stretchy yoga I needed the yoga this morning. Even after my light work out I had some places that were needing some work. Hopefully going for a jog this afternoon and then a much harder work out tomorrow. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  15. But pull ups are so hard! Made everyone hold our warrior poses in yoga for a good long time yesterday. Even my legs were a bit shaky by the end. Then in the afternoon I got a 2 mile jog in. Felt pretty good except it was stupid hot out. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
