  1. i'm pretty new to the yoga scene. i have been using an app on my phone (and a few videos online) to learn some of the basic yoga poses (and also because the nearest yoga place is about 80 miles away). i know that learning this way is not the best of choices but it's all i have for the time being. this summer i'll be back home from school and i was thinking it would be a good idea to take a few classes to remove all the herp derps. "how often should i take these classes?" is pretty much my main question. once a week? once a month? i honestly have no clue how often i should go. any advice would be great! thanks!
  2. haha yes! i love spaghetti squash! i've made it a few times, but for some reason its kinda expensive here so i dont make it a whole lot
  3. yeah sorry i havent responded yet. been busy with homework and classes but im finally on break. *phew* yeah eggs are bad news. but all the suggestions people gave are excellent and i will try them out! thanks a lot!!
  4. so i have a funky genetic diet limiting my protein intake i need some cooking ideas. im a student in college so the cheaper/easier the better. these foods are no-nos: meat, fish, poultry beans (green beans are ok) tofu nuts dairy (butter is ok) potatoes (sweet potatoes are ok) this is what i have if you are curious and yes it sucks http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phenylketonuria i know you are probably thinking "if you had this your whole life why do you not know what to make?" and the answer is "im lazy" lol. i usually just eat a salad or soup. thats gettin kinda lame any help/ideas you can give would be great!
