      Not at all. What I'm saying is when it comes to most things in the "real" world we should avoid dealing in absolutes. I think the Paleo, Primal, natural food crowd would be off being less dogmatic.

      So if a food isn't "REAL" does that make it "FAKE"? BTW I derive plenty of nourishment from Poptarts and chips. When in comes down to the nutritional hierarchy calories and macros are far more important then food quality.
