  5. I've got a question for all my fellow autoreg bros. Say for example I'm planning on working up to a set @ 9 RPE and then 5% fatigue drop sets. But for some reason I over shoot it and do something like this. Working Sets: 1 - @ 8 RPE Add 10# 2 - @ 8.5 RPE Add 10# 3 - @ 9.5 RPE Oops I fucked upl What do I do next? Should I drop by 5% and go until I hit a 9 RPE like planned? The problem being this will probably happen fairly quick since the weight will be higher. Or should I drop by 5% and go until a 9.5 RPE. I might be able to squeeze out another set but at a high intensity than programmed. Or should I drop by 6-10% and go til a 9 RPE. Thoughts? Brahweh needs your help.

  15. Yesterday's morning lifting was cut short so I had to finish it up after work. What happens when you squat twice in one day? Brutal midnight calf cramps in my case.
