  7. Ok, still haven't scheduled class, but the knee is fine. Thanks to "The Duel" I was very motivated to hit the gym and work on my pull-ups. @B_ex: I just try to be more aware of the time and take the effort to leave early for every scheduled event. I say try, because my streak ended yesterday, when I talked to some colleagues in the coffee corner and then forgot about the time, thus coming late to the next meeting. 5 1/2 days. Well, at least I improve.
  8. Hmm, somehow I lost the overview where the link to the AMRAP document is. Can someone re-post it please?
  9. Have the same issue here. Sneaked into the gym before lunch and did 14 machine assisted pullups... more tonight
  10. Ha, I signed up for beater, because nobody else signed up for it. Really don't like burpees and I realize that I have to do at least 100 to avoid 1 scroe attempt. I'm happy, if I will make this number. Hope you and Kementari are better than me at this. But it's all for the fun and the fitness, so let's do it!
  11. You are waaaaay ahead of me. I'm so jealous! But in a good motivating way. Keep up the good work.
  12. Yeah, bring it on, blkhole24601! ...may the best nerd win
  13. Well, you passed the cat.gif posting test at least. Good choice there See you in the next challenge and have fun being a recruit. That's also nice, you know
  14. Why not make someone else feel good about onerself. Bam, I'm in. Slytherin for the win! ... Rhymes were not intended...
  15. Come to Sweden, our summer has 18 *C right now ... Although everything will be closed over summer as well, so it's not really the solution. Anyway, good first week it seems, keep up the good work. And remember: pork, not pancakes!
  16. Hi Swatches, how was your week? Apart from burning your tougue, I mean
  17. Hi B_Ex, how was the first week going for you?
  18. Rabeck, it looks you are really doing great during your first week. Happy to hear, that you enjoy climbing so much. Keep up the good work
  19. Hi, just signed up for Beater and Seeker position for the first match. Although I hate Burpees, I guess it's a better exercise than broad jumps for me. I saw Tundralilly and Kementari already signed up for Keeper, so I just took the Seeker and go with the surprise. Before the second match I first want to see how these positions work out for me. The third match I'll be on vacation and although I guess, that I can perform the exercises, I don't know if I will have Internet.
  20. Ok, time for an update regarding my first week. I didn't do any additional workouts after the one on Tuesday. I was visiting friends, since one of them threw his Disputation Party, and here that's kind of a big thing. Anyway the week ended with quite some drinking and good food, though overall way too many carbs for my taste. The cut at my knee heals well though, so it's good that I had this rest. Of course that means I didn't do anything for the mini/challenges or the handstands or the pull up until today. Regarding being punctual for 30 days, I had another setback. On Friday I forgot my suit at home, so I had to go back and get it and thus missed my train. It just good, that I had no time commitments on Saturday and Sunday. So I am 100% punctual for 2 days in a row... Sooo, to put it in numbers: Goal 1: Handstand exercises 2/7 Goal 2: Workouts with focus on pullup 1/3 Goal 3: climbing class booked, no Lifegoal: consecutive days on time 2/7 While this doesn't really sound great, I am not at all demotivated. Today (Monday) I was on time for everything and had a pretty good workout, where I worked on my pull ups and on increasing my AMRAPs. Also good food intake (though not part of the challenge). So let's go for a great week 2!
  21. Huzzah for Laudameren and Tundralilly !
  22. A few days into the challenge I thought it was time to say hi. Unfortunately I injured my knee on the second day already, so I will watch you guys taking down this troll from... this bench over there, yes, that's a good spot. Now off you go people, jump, jump...
